The Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education state that it is important to promote the high-quality development of vocational education by innovating teaching models and methods and improving the quality of classroom teaching.Therefore,it is extremely important for vocational education to change the traditional teaching methods and conform to the development needs of the times.However,in traditional teaching,the classroom still revolves around the teacher,and students passively receive knowledge imparted by the teacher.This form of teaching does not stimulate students to take the initiative to learn and think,and is not conducive to the development of students’ overall quality.Therefore,transforming the current teaching methods and improving student engagement and learning outcomes in the "Graphic Image Processing" course in vocational schools poses a significant challenge for educators today.To this end,this study attempts to use task-driven teaching methods to improve the teaching efficiency of the secondary-level Graphic Image Processing course.Firstly,this paper mainly uses literature review,empirical research,case study,the questionnaire survey and other research methods to select the "Graphic Image Processing" course in secondary level as the research object and apply the task-driven teaching method to the course teaching.During the research process,teachers guide students to practice tasks and master the application skills and knowledge points of image processing software by setting tasks and scenarios.On this basis,the teacher conducts classroom lectures and knowledge point summaries to help students better understand and master what they have learnt.Secondly,questionnaires were conducted on the teaching subjects before and after the practice respectively to analyse the learning status of students under different teaching methods and to compare whether the practical effects of the task-driven teaching method were effective.The results of the study showed that students who adopted the task-driven teaching method were significantly better than the traditional teaching method in terms of knowledge acquisition,practical application and interest in learning.At the end of the practical teaching,another interview survey was conducted with students and teachers,and it was concluded that the task-driven teaching method was significantly effective in improving students’ team spirit and overall literacy.In conclusion,the results of this study prove that the task-driven teaching method is effective in improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching in secondary schools.Therefore,it is hoped that this study will provide some reliable references for future task-driven teaching methods.
