| Faced with the changes of the new external environment and their own growth and development,the relocated teenagers need to adapt to many changed lifestyles and reestablish social relationships.Their social anxiety status is a measurement index that can reflect whether their adaptation status is good.Therefore,this study will focus on their social anxiety,among which,Self-compassion and cognitive reappraisal strategies are also important factors affecting social anxiety among relocated poverty alleviation adolescents.In order to explore the effects of self-compassion and cognitive reappraisal on social anxiety and its mechanism,and to explore effective ways to alleviate social anxiety among relocated poverty alleviation adolescents.This study is mainly divided into two contents.In study 1,the Communication Anxiety Scale,Self-compassion Scale and Emotional Regulation Scale were used to test 626 relocated adolescents in Guizhou Province,to investigate the status quo of social anxiety,self-compassion and cognitive reappraisal of relocated adolescents,and to explore the potential profile classification of social anxiety among relocated adolescents.And the effect of self-compassion and cognitive reappraisal on classification of social anxiety.In the second study,a total of 40 young people who have been relocated from inlands participated in group psychological counseling with the theme of self-compassion training.20 students in the experimental group received group psychological counseling for eight weeks,while 20 students in the control group received no intervention.After that,the pre-and post-test data were used to verify the effect of the group psychological counseling on improving self-compassion and alleviating social anxiety of the relocated adolescents.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The social anxiety of young people relocated from inhospitable areas was at a moderate level;Girls scored significantly higher on social anxiety than boys;There was no significant difference in social anxiety among the relocated adolescents in terms of residence,grade and relocation year.(2)Cognitive reassessment strategy was commonly used among relocated youth in inhospitable areas;There were no significant differences in cognitive reassessment on gender,grade,residence or relocation year.(3)The self-compassion of young people relocated from inhospitable areas was above the medium level;The score of selfcompassion in grade two was significantly lower than that in grade one and grade three,and the self-compassion of resident students was also significantly higher than that of day students.There was no significant difference in the self-compassion of relocated youth in inhospitable areas in terms of gender and relocation year.(4)There are three types of social anxiety among young people relocated from inhospitable areas,namely,"socially disabled group","socially normal group" and "socially friendly group",and selfcompassion can significantly predict the potential types of social anxiety.(5)The group psychological counseling program designed from the perspective of self-compassion in this study is effective and operable,which can improve students’ self-compassion and alleviate the social anxiety of students relocated from poverty-stricken areas. |
