Abstract/Summary:
Labor education curriculum resources are the core of labor education curriculum and an important starting point for realizing the objectives of labor education curriculum.Whether the rural preschool labor education curriculum can achieve a breakthrough in localization depends on whether the rural preschool labor education curriculum resources can be developed.However,influenced by the process of urbanization,rural culture has been marginalized,and even problems such as exclusion and abandonment have occurred.Therefore,the development of early childhood labor education curriculum resources in rural areas plays an important role in rural children,rural kindergartens and even rural society.For rural children,the development of labor education curriculum resources can not only realize the conceptual labor goals and practical labor goals of rural children,but also cultivate the sense of identity and belonging of rural children to their hometown.For rural kindergartens,the development of labor education curriculum resources can enrich the curriculum resources of kindergartens,and even create kindergarten courses with rural characteristics;for rural society,the development of early childhood labor education curriculum resources can not only make rural resources return from the edge,but also protect,inherit and continue rural culture.Based on this,this study is based on the characteristics of rural areas to develop and utilize rural kindergarten labor education curriculum resources,trying to understand the practical problems faced by rural kindergartens in the development and utilization of labor education curriculum resources,and analyze the reasons,and then put forward effective strategies for the development and utilization of rural kindergarten labor education curriculum resources,promote the development and utilization of rural labor education curriculum resources,and realize the overall development of rural children ’s labor literacy,in order to bring some reference to rural kindergarten education administrative departments,kindergartens and teachers.This study first analyzes the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign review,concept,theoretical basis and research design of the development of labor education curriculum resources in rural kindergartens.Secondly,with the help of questionnaires and interviews,we understand the current situation of the development of labor education curriculum resources in rural kindergartens,and analyze the five aspects of cognition,basis,content,method and management of the development of labor education curriculum resources in rural kindergartens.The study found that rural teachers have problems such as unclear cognition of kindergarten labor education curriculum resources,shortcomings in development basis,narrow development content,and lack of development management system.Thirdly,through the analysis of the problem,it is found that the reason lies in four aspects,namely individual factors : the general low labor quality of rural teachers and the lack of individual rationality;the factors of kindergarten : the lack of curriculum resource development management system and the lack of systematic research;social factors : the marginalization of rural resources and the lack of cooperation system under the background of urbanization;parental factors : rural parents ’ labor education value disorder behavior does not cooperate.Finally,according to the particularity of the village itself,this study puts forward the following strategies : mobilizing the leading consciousness of rural preschool teachers to develop labor education curriculum resources,establishing the development and management system of labor education curriculum resources and carrying out systematic research,building a multi-party cooperation system for the development of rural children ’s labor education curriculum resources,and promoting the high-quality co-construction and sharing of rural children ’s labor education curriculum resources.
