Labor education is an important part of China’s comprehensive training system in the new era.The Party’s educational policy in the new era has clear requirements for labor education,which is also an indispensable part of quality education.There are also relatively clear instructions in the outline of compulsory labor education issued by the Ministry of Education,which makes clear the importance of labor education in the new era,which is also an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.Preschool education is an important part of national basic education and an important beginning of institutional education.as the main institution for the implementation of preschool education,kindergartens should be guided by the requirements of the times and give full play to the value of labor education.constantly pay attention to the function of labor education.However,from the point of view of the widespread situation in kindergartens,labor education has not been paid enough attention to,many places do not have a clear understanding of the status of labor education,labor education has not been well strengthened and valued.There are many reasons for the above problems,among which the most fundamental problem is that the labor education resources in kindergarten are not sufficient,it is difficult to support the development and deepening of labor education,and it is difficult to ensure the daily labor education.Therefore,at present,the urgent problem to be solved is how to develop kindergarten labor education curriculum resources.This study takes the strengthening of labor education as the background of the times,mainly through on-the-spot interviews,mainly around the current situation of kindergarten labor education,to explore some problems existing in the current kindergarten labor education,to explore the reasons,and to explore the solutions and strategies.It is hoped that through such investigation and analysis,it can provide some help and reference for the development of kindergarten labor education.This study is mainly composed of the following four parts:The first part,based on the urgent requirements of the development of the times for the development of kindergarten labor education and labor education curriculum resources,analyzes and demonstrates the reason,purpose and significance of kindergarten development of labor education curriculum resources.The reasons are as follows: in order to carry out labor education,we must be supported by sufficient labor education resources,and we need to expand and enrich kindergarten education resources,so as to promote the smooth implementation of kindergarten labor education activities.In the second part,in the survey,we found that many kindergartens do not have a clear understanding of the importance of the development of labor education curriculum resources,and do not pay enough attention to children’s labor education activities.At the same time,in the survey,we found that many kindergarten teachers agree with the idea of developing labor education curriculum resources,and are also very supportive of organizing labor education activities.Among them,some teachers also have the idea of developing labor education curriculum resources,but because of various obstacles,they can not be put into practice.It is found that the main practical difficulties faced by the development of kindergarten labor education curriculum resources are: in terms of understanding,it is difficult to grasp whether kindergartens need to specially develop labor education curriculum resources;in terms of objectives,it is difficult to accurately locate the development goal of kindergarten labor education curriculum resources;in terms of content,it is difficult to distinguish between labor resources and labor education resources.In implementation,it is difficult to ensure the effective implementation of kindergarten labor education curriculum resources development;in the system,it is difficult to build a scientific and systematic kindergarten labor education curriculum resources development system and so on.In the third part,the study finds that the main reasons restricting the development of kindergarten labor education curriculum resources are as follows: the curriculum of kindergarten labor education has not been realized,and the degree of research and development of kindergarten labor education curriculum resources is not enough.the understanding of the orientation of the development subject is still vague;the kindergarten lacks the construction of the system of labor education curriculum resources development;teachers lack the professional accomplishment of labor education curriculum resources development.The fourth part,according to the above analysis of the realistic dilemma and the main reasons,put forward targeted solutions and countermeasures in view of the current realistic dilemma.It is mainly the following aspects: first,promote the implementation of labor education policy and push the kindergarten labor education curriculum forward;second,promote the popularization and publicity of labor education values with clear and targeted objectives;third,accurately distinguish and grasp labor education resources;fourth,accurately locate the main body of the development of labor education curriculum resources Fifth,strengthen the research on the development of labor education curriculum resources;sixth,establish a system for the development of labor education curriculum resources;seventh,deepen the development of labor education curriculum resources and build a more scientific and complete system;eighth,improve the basic guarantee mechanism for the development of labor education curriculum resources;ninth,strengthen training and education for teachers to improve the professional level of teachers’ labor education.
