| The new round of basic education curriculum reform requires high school ideological and political courses to vigorously present new achievements in various aspects of society to cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility and enhance their social practice abilities.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that Civics should adhere to the unity of theory and practice,pay attention to the practical nature of Civics,and combine the small Civics classroom with the large social classroom.Current political resources originate from the actual social life and involve various fields such as politics,economy,culture,technology,etc.at home and abroad.They are important carriers that reflect the latest development trends of society.Integrating it into the teaching of high school ideological and political courses can effectively help students get in touch with and understand society,cultivate their sense of social responsibility,and enhance their social life practice abilities.As a subject that keeps up with the times,high school ideological and political courses must keep up with the pace of the times,demonstrate the characteristics of the times,and attach importance to practicality.This determines that political resources are an indispensable and important teaching resource in high school ideological and political course teaching,and have an irreplaceable position in high school ideological and political course teaching.In addition,current political resources,as they originate from social life,will inevitably change with changes in social life and have developmental characteristics.Therefore,studying the application of current political resources in high school ideological and political teaching is not only necessary and significant,but also timeless.In order to conduct in-depth research on this topic,this article mainly adopts literature research methods,classroom observation methods,and survey research methods to explore the value,achievements,problems,and reasons of the use of current political resources in high school ideological and political teaching,and proposes targeted solutions based on the existing problems.The use of current political resources in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high school has significant value in compensating for the lag in textbook content,meeting the requirements of college entrance examination questions,cultivating students’ core academic literacy,and promoting the connection between theory and practice.Through investigation and long-term classroom observation,the effectiveness of using current political resources in high school ideological and political teaching has been achieved: firstly,teachers have a high frequency of using current political resources;Secondly,students are interested in the use of political resources by ideological and political course teachers in their teaching;Thirdly,teachers and students have a strong initiative in paying attention to current political hotspots.The existing problems and reasons include: due to the wide and complex nature of current political resources,it is difficult to screen them,which often leads to inaccurate selection of current political resources by teachers;The insufficient ability of teachers to develop curriculum resources and the insufficient time invested in processing and processing current political materials have led to insufficient development and utilization of current political resources;Due to the lack of corresponding evaluation mechanisms,teachers’ use of current political resources is relatively arbitrary,and the effectiveness of their use cannot be evaluated and feedback.The proposed solution strategy is to improve the professional level of teachers in using current political resources,effectively select current political resources based on certain standards,flexibly use current political resources in various teaching stages,and establish and improve corresponding evaluation systems. |
