| In recent years,de facto orphans have been gradually included in the scope of national policies, but as a "socially marginalized" group,de facto orphans face multiple growth difficulties, which seriously affect their healthy development. The resilience of de facto orphans,as a kind of resilience, can not only promote their development, but also contribute to the harmony and stability of society. This paper takes de facto orphans in L community of G city as the research object and conducts a study on the resilience enhancement practices of de facto orphans based on the theory of integrated dominance perspective and ecosystem system theory.First, this paper measures the resilience of de facto orphans in community L using the Chinese version of the Child and Youth Resilience Scale(CYRM-28),which measures three dimensions of resilience: personal resilience, family support, and social support. This paper analyzes the reasons for the low level of resilience of de facto orphans in terms of risk factors and protective factors of resilience.Secondly,in order to investigate the effectiveness of casework interventions to improve the resilience of de facto orphans, two de facto orphans with low resilience levels were selected for casework services, and finally, the whole service process was evaluated through process evaluation and effect evaluation, and conclusions and discussions were presented. The study found that the professional work and skills of casework can be used to effectively improve the resilience of de facto orphans, and that casework interventions to improve the resilience of de facto orphans are feasible. After reflecting on this study, this paper proposes four recommendations to improve the resilience of de facto orphans: to reduce risk factors and enhance protective factors;to improve the intrinsic strengths of individuals;to improve family support;and to build a social support system. |
