With the continuous development of the national new curriculum reform,the teaching concept of education returning to life and serving life has been paid more and more attention.In the teaching of high school ideological and political philosophy and culture,in order to realize the goal of life-oriented teaching,Theoretical knowledge needs to be closely linked with students’ lives to stimulate students’ interest in learning.However,in the actual application of life-oriented teaching,there are some problems that affect teachers’ teaching effect and students’ learning results.Therefore,it is of great significance to discuss how to effectively use life-oriented teaching in the course of Philosophy and Culture in senior high school and put forward corresponding strategies,which will improve the teaching effect of senior high school ideological and political courses and help students better adapt to society.In this paper,the high school ideological and political "Philosophy and Culture" as the research point,through questionnaires and interviews,summed up the problems existing in the life-oriented teaching of high school ideological and political "Philosophy and Culture",and on this basis,analyzed the causes of the problems,and put forward corresponding optimization strategies for the problems and reasons.The article mainly includes four parts: The first part is related concepts and theories,defining the meaning of life-oriented teaching and life-oriented teaching of senior high school ideological and political courses,and analyzing its significance;The second part is the present situation of life-oriented teaching in the high school ideological and political course "Philosophy and Culture",mainly combing the data of questionnaire survey and interview investigation.The third part is the analysis of the problems and reasons in the life-oriented teaching of high school ideological and political philosophy and culture.The fourth part is the optimization strategy of life-oriented teaching of Philosophy and Culture,namely,deepening teachers’ understanding of life-oriented teaching,effectively organizing life-oriented teaching resources,rationally designing life-oriented teaching process and improving life-oriented teaching evaluation system.
