| In the current national culture strategy,advocating for nationwide reading and building a society of book lovers has become an important issue.At the same time,the "double reduction" policy,which further reduces the homework and extracurricular training burden for students in compulsory education,has highlighted the importance of cultivating young children.This is one of the important issues for national development and rejuvenation.Parents also have an increasingly strong demand for high-quality and professional family education.This not only requires efforts from families themselves but also relies on the professional help that public libraries can provide.This paper explores and studies the public library’s involvement in high-quality family education paths based on user demand,with the aim of assisting public libraries in providing better services,improving users’ perception of public library family education services,and promoting user-centered public library service levels.This study focuses on the public library’s provision of family education services from the perspective of user demand.In order to distinguish between the status of current domestic and international research,a literature inquiry was initially carried out.Then,relevant theories were defined and explained.Based on the empirical analysis method,a survey was conducted on the provincial public library’s promotional channels and service content.Additionally,a questionnaire survey was conducted to conduct in-depth research on users’ perception of public library family education services.The study found that there are still shortcomings in the public library’s provision of family education services in terms of promotion,user experience,service channels,resource utilization,and interactive feedback.The study proposes a comprehensive public library participation in high-quality family education paths and corresponding improvement strategies.The exploration and improvement of public libraries’ participation in high-quality family education are worthy research topics.Through exploring the public library’s participation in family education,we can better understand the role and impact of public libraries in promoting family education and provide a new research perspective for the academic community.Studying the public library’s participation in high-quality family education can help to deepen the understanding of the essence and connotation of family education,explore the role and responsibilities of public libraries in community building and social development,and offer direction and ideas for the future growth of public libraries. |
