| In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s economy,the continuous refinement of social division of labor,and the continuous extension of urbanization,more new social problems have also emerged,and people’s lifestyles are undergoing tremendous changes.Especially prominent are the issues of social aging,internal competition in various industries,and the capitalization of education.And these seemingly independent issues have been concentrated in a certain field,namely the education field.Simply put,it refers to the pressures originating from various aspects such as family,work,and children,which have brought new contradictions and troubles to people’s lives,especially their children’s education,such as the contradiction between longer working hours and picking up and dropping off children,and the contradiction between higher demands and imbalanced educational resources.In the face of these new livelihood issues,the government is also actively responding and taking action.As a result,a series of guiding and guiding policy documents have been launched,attempting to lead the whole society to attach importance to and actively respond to these new changes,solve urgent needs for the people,and provide education that satisfies the people.This study is based on the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework and Off campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education" released by the Ministry of Education in 2021.Taking a rural non boarding primary school located in the urban-rural fringe as an example,the study focuses on two aspects.The first is to understand the current situation of rural primary schools providing after-school services.Secondly,based on the investigation,analyze the problems and causes of after-school service work,and propose corresponding countermeasures.After consulting relevant literature on after-school services,the author conducted in-depth research on the implementation of after-school services in case primary schools using questionnaire surveys and interviews.The aim is to provide more personalized solutions and detailed practical experience for rural primary schools to further promote after-school services and improve the quality of after-school services.The conclusion of this survey is that there are four aspects of problems in rural non boarding primary school after-school services: ideological,security,practical,and management,which are jointly influenced by policy,institutional,social,and school factors.The main manifestation is that parents and education authorities lack sufficient understanding and understanding of the connotation of after-school services;Lack of supporting laws,regulations,and guarantee mechanisms in terms of policies;In practice,the utilization of social resources is insufficient,the teaching staff is weak,and the curriculum content in schools is single;Lack of scientificity,standardization,and attention to details in school management.In terms of strategy,first of all,it is necessary to clarify the educational goals and strengthen top-level design;Secondly,we need to establish and improve a more comprehensive and long-term guarantee mechanism;Thirdly,we need to revitalize the available resources inside and outside the school,strengthen the collaboration between family,school,and community,and deeply explore rural characteristics;Fourthly,we need to improve school management and strengthen the construction of teaching staff to ensure the smooth implementation of after-school services in the region. |
