| With the implementation of the "double reduction" series of policies,the field of basic education has undergone a profound transformation.Primary and secondary schools in various regions have also taken the "double reduction" approach as a starting point,transforming education concepts,reforming evaluation methods,clarifying the education system,purifying the social education ecology,and constructing a new pattern of education development.As an important part of compulsory education,music education in primary and secondary schools has faced enormous development opportunities and challenges in the context of "double reduction".This article takes the compulsory education schools in primary and secondary schools in Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province as an example to conduct a detailed investigation and research on the current situation of music education in primary and secondary schools under the"double reduction" policy.Firstly,after elaborating on the social background and main content of the "double reduction" policy,analyze and draw on the experience of primary school music education in cities such as Beijing,Jinhua,and Nanchang under the"double reduction" policy.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and interview methods,the existing problems in the current situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in Shangrao City under the "double reduction" policy were revealed,such as excessive emphasis on theory in teaching mode,unreasonable teaching content setting,single teaching evaluation methods,and incomplete teaching guarantee.The causes of the problems were analyzed,including weak policy implementation,traditional music education concepts,and the need to improve the social atmosphere,And the construction of teaching management mechanism lags behind.On this basis,a series of countermeasures and suggestions were proposed,including practical oriented music teaching methods,scientific design of music course content,establishment of a diversified music learning evaluation system,and provision of substantial music teaching resources,aiming to promote the healthy development of music education in primary and secondary schools in Shangrao City under the "double reduction" policy. |
