Research On The Innovation Of Moral Education Methods In Beijing Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of New Engineering

The construction of new engineering is a new concept and model of education development put forward in line with national strategies such as Made in China 2025 and the Belt and Road Construction,and it is an important guarantee to provide talents for the smooth progress of the new normal of economic development.Since 2017,the Ministry of Education has vigorously advanced the construction of new engineering,trained diversified and innovative outstanding engineering talents in the future.At the same time,with the gradual adjustment of the structure of higher education and the increasing of the level of vocational education,the higher vocational education must show a more and more important role in the whole education system,which is the decision of the whole society’s development to constantly improve the requirements of vocational talents.Under the background of new engineering,we must attach great importance to the moral education of higher vocational students and improve the effectiveness of moral education to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality talents urgently needed by the society.At present,higher vocational colleges have rich experience and achievements in moral education methods,but there are many problems in some aspects.In view of this,on the basis of following the development law of moral education,this paper conducts a systematic analysis and research on the methods of moral education in higher vocational colleges.Taking the students of higher vocational colleges as the main body,it uses literature induction method and questionnaire method to sort out and conclude,and summarizes and analyzes the basic situation and existing problems of the methods of moral education in higher vocational colleges in Beijing,such as: The concept of moral education needs to be updated,the principal position of students needs to be improved,the quality of moral education team needs to be improved,the moral education resources have not been deeply explored to form a joint force,etc.,in order to put forward the innovation path of moral education methods in higher vocational colleges from multiple perspectives,and guide the students in higher vocational colleges to become the talents needed for the development of new engineering.
