| Positive and backhand technology is the basic training content of tennis beginners,but in the process of training,there is excessive technical training,lack of systematic training,special physical training,tennis beginners,lead to tennis beginners forehand and backhand technology action pattern chaos,hitting state is unstable,hitting proficiency is not high,the distance and timing of insufficient,direct consequences,for tennis beginners form psychological blow,inhibit their learning enthusiasm,and affect the tennis learning process.Functional training is an innovative training concept derived from foreign countries,which has an independent and interrelated relationship with the traditional training mode.Functional training plays a positive role in improving the physical stability of tennis players and the ability of nerve to control muscles,and can also effectively prevent the generation of sports injury.It is a training means that can effectively improve the competitive level and sports level of tennis players.The paper studies the effect of functional training on the stability of the technology of tennis beginners and combining functional training with the characteristics of tennis.The following conclusions are obtained by experimental analysis:First,compared with the traditional training mode,functional training is more conducive to promoting the improvement of the deep hitting sports ability of tennis beginners.Second,the functional training attaches great importance to the tennis beginners correct movement mode training,correct tennis beginners forehand backhand technique bad body posture,and targeted body and trunk strength training,exercise tennis beginners joint and muscle collaboration ability and stability,effectively promote the tennis beginners forehand backhand accuracy.Third,functional training is conducive to improving the stability of tennis beginners’ forehand and backhand shots.Compared with the traditional training mode,the training effect of functional training is more significant.The following suggestions are made for the research results:First,the application of functional training in the process of college tennis beginners training,coaches should fully understand the theoretical basis and training of functional training value,the principle of functional training,and functional training means and traditional training system into a comprehensive consideration,to lay the foundation for the formulation of scientific training system.Second,although the functional training means compared with the traditional training mode,improve the college tennis beginners backhand stability shows certain advantages,but it does not mean that functional training can completely replace the traditional training mode,coaches should be based on the actual needs of college tennis beginners training,combining functional training and traditional training,so as to achieve the best training effect.Third,the functional training is universal to different sports and athletes,but in the specific training process,the coaches should design and select the targeted training means according to the actual situation of the athletes,so that the functional training can play the best training effect in the training. |
