Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and the state have attached great importance to the development of education,making the cultivation of moral character and talent the central task of education,reflecting the importance of education for national development and social progress.As the main front for cultivating talent,universities are important places for the Party to cultivate people and for the country to cultivate talent,and should focus on the theme of moral education.At the same time,the rapid development of network technology has promoted the transformation of ideological and political education methods,and network education,as a component of the top ten education systems,is an important way to cultivate new generation of talents.In the online environment,the various social ideas and trends of thought that flood in affect the values of college students.In recent years,major universities have actively developed network education resources,created online education platforms,and promoted the development of network education.Network education activities in universities,different from traditional ideological and political courses,can exert the positive role of multiple educational subjects.Therefore,it should be based on systematic thinking,coordinate various forces,implement network education synergy mechanisms,form a joint force for education,and improve the effectiveness of education.The key work of the network education synergy mechanism in universities should focus on how to fully mobilize all elements within the system,promote the smooth operation of the overall mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand the current development status of the network education synergy mechanism in universities,and propose improvement measures for existing problems.Based on the research results of the academic community,this paper is structured as "raising questions-theoretical exploration-empirical analysis-optimization strategies".Mainly using methods such as questionnaire analysis and interdisciplinary research,it analyzes the research topic.First of all,starting from the research background of the network education synergy mechanism in universities,the research significance of this study is clarified.The theoretical basis and ideological source of the network education synergy mechanism in universities in the new era are sorted out to increase the theoretical nature of this study.Secondly,the network education synergy mechanism in universities is analyzed in depth.Starting from its connotation,the main components are analyzed in detail.Thirdly,the current development status of the network education synergy mechanism in universities is analyzed,mainly from the three aspects of the education team,educational resources,and the overall development of the mechanism,analyzing the existing problems and deeply exploring the reasons behind the problems.Finally,optimization strategies for the network education synergy mechanism in universities in the new era are proposed.In order to improve the synergy and effectiveness of network education,this paper puts forward comprehensive measures from five aspects: responsibility mechanism,incentive mechanism,sharing mechanism,guarantee mechanism and feedback mechanism,to ensure the reasonable operation of the overall mechanism.
