OBJECTIVE: After the outbreak of new coronary pneumonia,the students returned to school after a long period of closed “ Online learning ”,This study investigated the mental health level of junior middle school students in the period of epidemic prevention and control,in order to understand the mental health status of junior middle school students in the period of epidemic of new pneumonia,it provides some reference for the school sports work after the public emergency.Through screening and evaluating the mental health table of middle school students,this paper probes into the differences between the contents of sports prescription and the traditional teaching contents of our school on the mental health of middle school students,it provides some theoretical help for the research of middle school students health exercise prescription.Methods: to perfect the theoretical research by means of HOWNET and Book Consulting,two classes were randomly selected from grade one,grade two and grade three of junior high school respectively.One class is an experimental class,and the other is a control class.The experimental class adopts the content of sports prescription.The control class does not change the original teaching content of physical education,the experiment lasted for 10 weeks,3 TIMES/WEEK and 45 minutes/time.The target heart rate of exercise was controlled at 120 Times/min-160 times/min.The mental health table of middle school students was used to collect the data before and after the experiment,and the data were processed by Excel and SPSS.RESULT:1.Through experimental research,it is found that the overall psychological status of the junior high school students affected by the epidemic is good,but the mental health level of the junior high school students is obviously affected by the epidemic,the proportion of students with mild or above psychological problems in each class was as high as 55%The proportion of the people with mental disorder after the experiment was lower than that before the experiment.The proportion of the people with mental disorder after the experiment was higher than that of the Control Group.3.Through the statistical analysis of the data of the proportion of the total number of psychological problems and the proportion of the number of various factors in the mental health table of the middle school students in the experimental group,it was found that the number of subjects in Group 1(Grade A,junior grade 1)was lower than that in group 2(Grade B,junior grade 2).4,through the Experimental Group 3 groups control 3 groups positive detection data statistical analysis,it was found that the two teaching methods adopted in this study could prevent the increase of the proportion of the total number of psychological problems and the number of various factors in the mental health table to some extent,but there was no significant difference in the benign effects between the two methodsCONCLUSION:After 10 weeks of experiment,we found that the psychological score of the experimental class of exercise prescription is lower than that of the traditional teaching group,which indicates that the effect of exercise prescription teaching mode is better than that of our school’s traditional teaching mode,it has more adjustment advantage to the students’ psychological bad condition.Through the experiment,we found that the experimental group is better than the control group in improving the psychological problems of middle school students.The experimental group exercise prescription teaching mode has certain benign effect to the majority of junior middle school students’ mental health intervention.It shows that the healthy effect of the exercise prescription teaching mode on the mental health of the students with general grades is more obvious than that of the students with excellent grades,and it also shows that the students with excellent grades have stronger ability of psychological adjustment,students with average grades in emergency situations may be more likely to take a passive approach,and schools and society should take the initiative to help them quickly maintain a good psychological state.Considering that the students of grade three of junior middle school will be faced with the entrance examination of middle school,the study pressure is big,relative to the influence factor of the psychological change of grade three of junior high school will be relatively complex.Considering that the students of grade three of junior high school will face the entrance examination,the study pressure is great,compared with the psychological changes of the lower grade factors will be relatively more complex.According to the conclusion of this study,it is suggested that we should reform and perfect the four aspects of school level,professional promotion of Teachers ’ team,school physical education and classroom managemen.
