| Designing teaching objectives is an extremely important aspect of conducting mathematics teaching.The quality of the design of teaching objectives is closely related to the teachers’ quality of teaching,students’ learning effects and the evaluation results of teaching.Core competency is the concrete embodiment of the fundamental educational task of strengthening morality and cultivating people in the curriculum goal.And the current teaching objectives orientation focuses on cultivating core competency.However,there are many problems in teaching practice,such as lagging design methods of teaching objectives,a general reference to core competency in the narrative process,and poor operability and evaluability.Based on this,the research questions are:(1)What is the current status of implementation in the mathematical core competency of teaching objectives in high school mathematics;(2)How to design the teaching objectives of the mathematical core competency.Firstly,this paper adopts the literature analysis method to sort out the theoretical basis and define core concepts;Secondly,the case analysis method is used to collect typical cases,analyze them from two aspects of teaching objectives description and content,and get the survey conclusion.In terms of the description of teaching objectives,there are problems such as mainly in the form of three-dimensional targets,the unclear positioning of core competency,and the neglect of the expression of the degree of "four elements" and so on.In terms of the content of teaching objectives,there are some problems,like the confusing and general content in core competency,lacking of operability,the vague expression of objectives,and lacking of hierarchy to some extent and so on;In terms of the correct value and key abilities,there are some problems,like some teachers neglecting the design of them,some teachers covering them but the content lacks a holistic approach.Then Combine the findings with the existing theories,analyzing the basis and connotation of the setting of each dimension,and initially constructing the Model for Designing the Teaching Objectives of Senior Secondary Mathematics under Core Competency.Using the Delphi method and going through two rounds of expert consultation,this study revised and improved the model and finally determined the Model for Designing the Teaching Objectives of Senior Secondary Mathematics under Core Competency.The model includes two dimensions: essential characters and correct values and key abilities.The essential characters include three levels.And each level includes four aspects: “situation and question”,“knowledge and skill”,“thinking and expression”,and “communication and introspection”.The correct values and key abilities also include four aspects: mathematical values,mathematical thinking characters,mathematics learning attitudes and the mastery of mathematical learning.And then the“ behavioral objective statement” is adopted to make the description of teaching objectives content concrete.Finally,according to the model,this study proposes the steps for designing teaching objectives.The steps include the analysis of the content of the unit,the interpretation of the content requirements of the standards,the interpretation of the academic requirements,the analysis of the performance assessment,the analysis of the unit materials,the analysis of the learning situation and so on.The teaching objectives of the unit on "Trigonometric Functions" and the lesson on "Concepts of Trigonometric Functions" are given as examples. |
