Nowadays,the in-depth development of knowledge economy promotes the transformation of economic structure and “gender of labor force”.This new social value orientation not only greatly stimulates women’s willingness for career development,but also brings women career choices and development risks.Social issues research institutions have conducted effective studies focusing on the career development of women,of which are also used for reference by various economic organizations.The number of women in their management teams has gradually increased,their role has become more obvious and more attention are paid to career choice and occupational growth of women groups.On basis of combing the theories of career management,this article makes a multidimensional analysis of the company’s operating status,taking female managers of Jincheng Urban Investment Group as the research object.By using methods such as questionnaires and interviews,it finds out many problems such as insufficient career planning and management of female managers,difficulty in meeting the development needs of vocational training,and restrictions on career development and promotion,and analyses their causes.This article points out that all of these problems result from social and organizational factors,as well as family and individual factors.It also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the institutional mechanism,organize training scientifically and strengthen the management of career development according to the four stages: the initial stage of organization,the early stage of career,the middle stage of career and the later stage of career.This article explores the measures to strengthen the career management of female managers,which aims to provide reference for the career development planning and design of female managers in Jincheng Urban Investment Group,and certain help for female managers to continuously improving their personal career development ability,expand career development resources,resolve multiple role conflicts and realize their individual value.
