| Labor education is an important part of the national education system,is the necessary way for students to grow,with moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic value of comprehensive education.In 2020,the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools for a New Era issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council and the Guiding Outline for Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(for Trial Implementation)issued by the Ministry of Education have made overall arrangements and specific plans for labor education in the new era,made comprehensive guidance on the curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum security,curriculum evaluation and other aspects of labor education,made institutional arrangements and constructive provisions for the implementation of labor education courses,provided curriculum support for labor education in colleges and universities,and made the implementation of labor education in colleges and universities show a good trend of conformity with objectives and laws.Labor education curriculum is an important way to carry out the fundamental task of moral education,and it is also the basic path and form to promote the smooth progress of labor education.The curriculum of labor education in colleges and universities has special curriculum contents and objectives,and the forms and fields of its implementation are diverse and multidimensional.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically explore the implementation of labor education curriculum in colleges and universities.This study takes L University as a case study,starting from national policy documents and the basic concepts of "labor education curriculum" and "curriculum implementation",and uses various methods such as questionnaires and interviews to conduct on-site research on the current implementation of labor education curriculum in universities.Research has found that the implementation of the labor education curriculum at L University has achieved certain results:(1)diversified forms of labor education curriculum practice have been formed,and the construction of the labor education curriculum system has been promoted;(2)Students’ labor concepts have been strengthened,and their labor awareness has been strengthened;(3)The labor education curriculum is continuously optimized and the curriculum model is constantly innovated.The main problems are:(1)In terms of achieving course objectives,there are some students with weak labor awareness and insufficient labor ability;(2)In terms of course content,there are problems with unreasonable course settings and relatively one-sided content;(3)In terms of curriculum guarantee,the allocation of relevant resources is insufficient;(4)There are problems with the imperfect curriculum evaluation system in curriculum evaluation.The main reasons for these problems include the low status of labor education courses,non-standard curriculum guarantee and management supervision mechanisms,and imperfect curriculum evaluation systems.Based on the above research results,this article proposes the following suggestions for implementing labor education courses in current universities to improve the quality of labor education:(1)all staff should attach importance to it,strengthen the status of labor education courses,and improve the effectiveness of education;(2)Integrate educational resources,build a good educational environment,and enhance the labor literacy of college students with multi-party linkage as the key;(3)Establish a sound curriculum guarantee system for labor education,cultivate a team of high-quality labor education teachers with both professional and part-time qualifications,and provide sufficient material conditions and favorable institutional guarantees for the implementation of labor education courses;(4)Be brave in reform and innovation,with the reform of the labor education curriculum evaluation system as the center,and the construction of the labor education supervision and reward mechanism as the starting point,comprehensively promote the transformation and development of the labor education curriculum system. |
