The Present Situation And Countermeasure Research On The Implementation Of High Grade Labor Education Curriculum In Primary Schools

In April 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the Labor Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education,which points out that labor education is an important part of the all-round development of the education system,and is of great significance for comprehensively implementing the Party’s educational policy,carrying out the fundamental task of educating people by virtue,and training socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,the aesthetics and work.The curriculum of labor education is an important way to implement labor education and plays a leading role in labor education.The implementation of labor education courses can help students establish correct labor concepts,develop good labor habits,cultivate correct labor values and good labor quality.This study consulted a large number of literature,from the labor education,labor education curriculum and labor education curriculum implementation related research,based on the current reality of labor education curriculum,clear the practical significance of labor education curriculum implementation.The implementation of labor education courses in schools is helpful to establish the correct labor values of students and help students develop morality,intelligence,physical fitness,the aesthetics and work in an all-round way.In order to deeply understand the current situation of the implementation of high grade labor education curriculum in primary schools,this study adopted the method of questionnaire survey and interview,and selected 283 students,8 teachers and 4 leaders from four high grade primary schools in Yinchuan as the objects of investigation.The actual investigation was conducted from the aspects of the conditions guarantee of school labor education curriculum,curriculum setting,teaching implementation and students’ labor education accomplishment.The investigation found that the problems existed in the implementation of the curriculum of labor education in the senior primary schools in Yinchuan are as follows:the implementation of the curriculum of labor education in schools is weak,the implementation of the curriculum of labor education in rural schools is not in place,the teaching method of labor education is not standardized,and the evaluation system of labor education curriculum is not perfect.The reasons that lead to the problems in the curriculum of labor education in senior primary schools are as follows:the limited resources of the curriculum of labor education,the influence of the exam-oriented education in schools,the rural schools do not pay enough attention to the curriculum of labor education.This paper puts forward some strategies to improve the implementation of high grade labor education curriculum in primary schools:strengthening the guarantee mechanism for the implementation of school labor education curriculum,standardizing the implementation mode of labor education curriculum,perfecting the evaluation mechanism of labor education curriculum,strengthening the implementation of rural school labor education curriculum,integrating labor education resources inside and outside the school.
