Research On The Characteristics Of Undergraduate Personnel Cultivation In The Phenomenon Of Lanzhou University

With the development of scientific and technological revolution and the change of industrial mode,the unique labor and resource advantages of developing countries in the industrial era are declining,and innovative knowledge and technology have gradually become the key factors restricting international competitiveness.In this case,universities,especially "double first-class" universities,should start with the reform of curriculum teaching and improve the quality and level of personnel training.In addition,after the expansion of university enrollment,there is a serious shortage of teachers,teaching facilities and funds.In the old days,Lanzhou University faced the same difficult conditions,but its teaching and personnel training were very good.This was summarized as the phenomenon of Lanzhou University.The personnel cultivation of the phenomenon of Lanzhou University is famous for its high input-output ratio.In-depth analysis of the characteristics of undergraduate talent training in the phenomenon of Lanzhou University can provide useful inspiration for high-quality talent training in universities.This study mainly adopts historical research method and text analysis method.Firstly,based on the theory of embeddedness,it understands the political,economic,cultural and university era situation of talent training under the phenomenon of Lanzhou University.On this basis,based on the talent training program,it analyzes the historical evolution,main measures and basic characteristics of talent training in the strong discipline-basic discipline in the phenomenon of Lanzhou University from 1949 to 1995.Finally,it summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of talent training in the phenomenon of Lanzhou University,and conducts in-depth analysis in combination with the situation of the times.The study found that Lanzhou University has integrated superior resources,explored a foundation-based talent training path,and achieved a good fit between the ideological and executive levels.Specifically,at the ideological level,Lanzhou University focuses on cultivating talents in basic disciplines based on discipline construction;rooted in the northwest land to run a school,cultivate a solid foundation of Undergraduates of Lanzhou University;inherit the fine tradition of running a school and always attach importance to the construction of basic courses.At the executive level,pay attention to basic teaching and require old teachers to go to the front line of teaching;promote teaching by scientific research and create a learning atmosphere for scientific research and education;improve practical ability and strengthen the quality control of experimental teaching.Based on this,the quality characteristics of personnel cultivation in Lanzhou University are condensed,that is,to adhere to the stability and progress,and to build a long-term mechanism for personnel cultivation;eliminate the utilitarian mentality and refine the foundation-based education idea;pursuing quality culture and cultivating the educational tradition of Lanzhou University spirit.Based on the beneficial experience of personnel cultivation in the phenomenon of Lanzhou University,this study puts forward improvement suggestions for the cultivation of characteristic talents in colleges and universities from the aspects of optimizing the layout of disciplines and specialties to support the development of talent training,promoting the scientific setting of talent training objectives according to local conditions,grasping the basic course teaching to build the foundation of students ’ learning,attaching importance to experimental teaching to create a strong academic research atmosphere,and adhering to the unity of talent training thought and implementation level.
