| With the continuous increase in the number of master’s degree students in China,the contradiction between the number of training and the quality of training has gradually emerged,and the problem of training has been further highlighted.In September 2020,the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China issued the Development Plan for Professional Degree Postgraduate Education(2020-2025),which clearly pointed out the coexistence of structural and quality problems of postgraduate education for master’s degree and the need for innovation in training models.In this context,this study first sorts out the relevant literature on the training status of graduate students in the field of physical education,and after clarifying the training status of graduate students in the field of physical education in China,it is found that some universities have problems such as unclear training goals,insufficient cutting-edge course content,and poor practical course results.Full-time graduate students in the field of physical education teaching are reserve talents for school sports work,and their training status is related to the quality of physical education teachers in educational units at all levels in China.At present,improving the training quality of graduate students in the field of full-time physical education has become one of the important problems that need to be solved urgently in China’s higher education,and improving the evaluation index system of training quality in the field of full-time physical education is an important measure to solve the above problems.This paper uses the literature method,Telfi method,analytic hierarchy method and other methods to construct an evaluation index system with the characteristics of postgraduate training in the field of full-time physical education.Firstly,based on relevant policy documents,university training programs,literature materials,and teacher-student interviews,this study constructs an alternative database of training quality evaluation indicators,and selects training quality evaluation indicators.Secondly,three rounds of expert questionnaires were conducted to evaluate and score the rationality of the selected indicators,and the indicators were revised according to the opinions of the expert group,and the weight of the indicators was calculated by combining the analytic hierarchy method.Finally,a full-time postgraduate training quality evaluation index system in the field of physical education was constructed,and the evaluation index system included 3 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators of training implementation foundation,training implementation process,and training implementation results.Finally,using the evaluation index system of full-time postgraduate training in the field of physical education constructed by this institute,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted,and the training of full-time postgraduate students in the field of physical education of University H University is empirically studied.The evaluation scores of empirical subjects were obtained in the form of questionnaire surveys,and the problems of insufficient cutting-edge course content and poor internship guidance in the training of the Physical Education College of H University were analyzed,and strategies for improving the quality of training were proposed: first,optimize the quality of students and the selection mechanism;Second,optimize training objectives and improve the quality of course teaching;Third,implement the improvement of postgraduate teaching practice ability;Fourth,ensure the enhancement of postgraduate research capabilities;Fifth,establish a quality feedback system for graduates by employers.Empirical studies show that the evaluation index system for the quality of postgraduate training in the field of full-time physical education constructed by this institute is operable. |
