With the popularization of the popularization of higher education,the society demands higher demands on the talents cultured in colleges and universities,in which the applied talents are the most urgent talents of the society,and many colleges and universities are upgrading from the theoretical type to the application-oriented transformation,but some deviation is inevitable in the process of transformation.As an important part of higher education,local colleges and universities bear the important task of developing talents for local economic and social development,and it is necessary to pay enough attention to the number of undergraduate institutions in the Tibet Autonomous Region,and the University of Tibet is the first to bear the brunt.The theoretical significance of this paper is to form an application-oriented talent training system with Tibetan characteristics and to promote the rapid development of Tibetan economy.The practical significance of this study is to improve the training quality of applied talents in Tibet University,at the same time,in order to provide reference for similar universities in Tibet,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of applied talents in Tibetan universities and better serve the Tibetan society.We will promote Tibet's economic development.The author takes the university of Tibet as an example,from the training goal of the school,the course setting,the teaching practice,the teaching staff,the training evaluation and so on.On the basis of the theory of applied talents,this paper makes an empirical study on the training of applied talents in this school by means of questionnaire and interview,and then analyzes the problems existing in the process of cultivating applied talents in this school.Finally,according to the regional situation in Tibet,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide suggestions for the training of practical talents in Tibet.This article according to the literature arrangement,the theory elaboration,the empirical research,the problem analysis,the countermeasure suggestion vein carries on the discussion and the research.This paper mainly consists of five parts.Part one: introduction.First of all,it summarizes the background,research purpose and significance of cultivating applied talents in undergraduate schools;secondly,summarizes the related research results at home and abroad;finally,introduces the research ideas and research methods of this paper,research innovation and deficiency.Part two: a theoretical overview of the cultivation of applied talents.First of all,a theoretical overview of the relevant core concepts of application-oriented talent training.Secondly,it expounds the theoretical basis of applied talents.Finally,it explains the particularity of undergraduate applied talents.Part three: current situation investigation.Using the self-made questionnaire,the author makes a questionnaire survey on the training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching practice,teaching staff construction and training evaluation of six colleges of Tibet University,and carries on the questionnaire analysis on the basis of data collection.Part ?: analysis of problems.Through consulting data,questionnaire investigation and interview,after understanding the current situation of the training of applied talents in this school,and through in-depth analysis and thinking,the author finds out the potential deficiencies of the school: the training goal is homogeneous,and the curriculum needs to be optimized,and the training goal is homogeneous,and the curriculum needs to be optimized.The practice teaching is relatively lack,the construction of the double teachers is insufficient,and the talent evaluation system needs to be improved.Part ?: countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the training of applied talents in this school,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The aim of training should be combined with the needs of Tibet,the curriculum should be optimized,the practical teaching should be strengthened,an all-round and reasonable teaching staff should be built,and the evaluation system of applied talents should be perfected.
