| Education,science and technology,and human resources are the basic and strategic support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country.Work to become,industry by the wide.The development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation need to train a large number of high-quality personnel with both integrity and ability.As an important part of high-quality talents,graduate students are not only the main driving force for scientific and technological progress in the future,but also the new force for promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization.However,due to various reasons,there is still a certain gap between the actual training quality of postgraduates and the expectations of the nation,among which the academic ethics of postgraduates is an important reason affecting the quality of postgraduates.Therefore,it has become the focus of this study to analyze the status of postgraduate academic ethics,explore the causes of the problems in postgraduate academic ethics,improve the level of postgraduate academic ethics,constantly exercise their academic research ability,and stimulate their innovation and creativity.Apart from the introduction,the thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the new era postgraduate academic ethics related theory overview.On the basis of clarifying the concepts of morality,academic morality and the academic morality of postgraduates in the new era,and analyzing the constituent elements of the academic morality of postgraduates in the new era,this paper further analyzes and interprets the research of the academic morality of postgraduates in the new era,which should not only be supported by the academic morality thought of Marxism,but also be based on the academic morality thought in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of graduate academic ethics in the new era and the causes of existing problems.Through the analysis of the research data of other scholars and their own survey data,it is found that most of the postgraduates in the new era have a high degree of academic moral awareness,a strong sense of academic moral honor and disgrace,can consciously practice the code of academic ethics,and pay attention to the protection of state secrets in their academic achievements.However,there are still a small number of postgraduates who are not strong enough to resist academic misconduct.There are problems such as improper signature,plagiarism and plagiarism of others’ achievements,lack of correct understanding of multiple submission of one draft,and ghostwriting or buying and selling of papers.Through in-depth research,it is found that the reasons for the above problems are the inadequate academic moral education,the imperfect academic evaluation and supervision mechanism,the students’ own moral quality to be improved,the influence of bad social atmosphere in the society,the erosion of moral anomy in cyberspace and so on.The third part puts forward the path of cultivating the academic ethics of postgraduates in the new era.It is to cultivate the academic ethics of postgraduates in the new era from four aspects: giving play to the role of academic ethics education of postgraduates in the new era,perfecting the academic ethics management mechanism of postgraduates in the new era,constantly improving their own academic ethics,and creating an environment for the formation of good academic ethics for postgraduates in the new era. |
