| In recent years,with the rapid and high-quality development of China’s market economy and the demand for building a modern socialist country,the demand for high-level talents has also increased,and the number of graduate students applying for the examination has gradually increased.In the whole process of preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination,candidates not only bear heavy learning tasks,but also bear the pressure from peers,family and public opinion.More importantly,candidates will have an incorrect understanding of the postgraduate entrance examination,and there are many irrational beliefs.S0 the postgraduate entrance examination groups will have different degrees of psychological anxiety.Based on the theory of emotional ABC and social support,this study investigated133 students in Jinan L University Town by questionnaire survey method,observation method,literature method and interview method through questionnaire survey,and found that the students in L University Town had general anxiety problems.Take group social work methods in practice,with rational emotion therapy,social support theory combined music therapy of eight anxiety one’s deceased father grind member intervention,help team learn correctly understand rational emotional therapy,detect irrational factors,skilled use ERBT form self-help,correct understanding to accept self,for family system,peer groups of social support.After the end of the activity,it was known that the psychological anxiety of the team members improved and their cognition improved to some extent.Postgraduate examination is relatively an important opportunity in life,and the phenomenon of the group psychological anxiety is a common problem,so it is necessary to alleviate the psychological anxiety of the postgraduate entrance examination group.Postgraduate entrance examination groups can relieve psychological anxiety by establishing correct cognition,other systems can provide multiple support from economic,emotional,psychological and other aspects,and create a good environment for postgraduate entrance examination to better help the process of postgraduate entrance examination.This study mainly studies the objects and practical method innovation.In terms of research objects,the study expanded from "senior group" to "postgraduate group",which can get a more comprehensive understanding of the anxiety of the group;in practice innovation,the study mainly adopts group social work method to intervene the owner,rational emotion therapy combined with music therapy to carry out different targeted activities to alleviate the psychological anxiety of the group.The shortcomings of this study is the small group size and relatively low representation. |
