The Application And Reflection Of Narrative Therapy In The Mediation Of Marital Divorce Disputes

With the steady and long-term development of China’s economy and society,as well as the increase of people’s higher education level,an increasing number of Chinese families are facing crisis.When the family encounters crisis and risk,even though both husband and wife have made a lot of efforts to recover the family,it is still likely to inevitably get the similar results of family breakdown and marriage collapse.Because the interests of both husband and wife dispute,conflict and even violence and other events,but can not smoothly enter the divorce process,so that divorce this matter is more complicated,which not only consumes the time and energy of both husband and wife,but also has a negative impact on the physical and mental development of children.According to the statistics of the civil affairs department of Our country,the divorce rate in Our country has been rising for 15 consecutive years since 2003,and there are more and more divorce events happening around us.We can hear a lot of trivial things in the marriage life from their mouth.In their own description,they seem to always be the wronged party,in order not to let themselves be wronged so they try their best to fight for some interests for themselves.Based on the narrative therapy as the basic framework,through carding the original story of service object,understanding of the problems existing in the story part,use the results of problem externalizing,looking for unique and reshape the story to help families case story written a new family,family members to help case improve psychological status,repairing and family relations.This paper is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background of this paper,the research significance of the topic,the research purpose,the status quo and innovation of relevant literature research,and defines the two main related concepts of this paper.The second chapter introduces the current problems faced by the family of the case,makes a preliminary analysis of these problems combined with the internship process,carries out problem assessment and demand analysis,and makes the corresponding service plan;The third chapter mainly describes the whole practice process of using narrative therapy mode to intervene in the family of the case.The basic information of the family of the case is collected by the method of interview and participation observation.It is found that the family has needs in psychological condition and family relationship,and the specific service plan is formulated with this as the target.The fourth chapter summarizes and reflects on the case work.In the process of carrying out specific case services,the author found that there were cognitive errors in the family members of the case,which made them realize the influence of family disputes on the couple and their children,so as to solve the marriage breakdown problem smoothly.Combined with the analysis of case intervention,it can be concluded that narrative therapy can effectively intervene in family disputes and help family members to repair the relationship between each other.In this case,the author mainly adopts the family therapy mode of narrative therapy to help the families to clarify their work goals and tasks,explore their own advantages and be good at using them,help the families to seek and match resources,and help them solve the existing difficulties.
