The Application Of Case Work In Mediation Of Family Disputes

With the transformation and rapid development of society,the structure and function of Chinese family have changed greatly.The frequency of family disputes makes people pay more and more attention to the stability and harmony of the family,and how to mediate the family dispute becomes a common concern.This article first defines "family disputes" and "case work",and on the basis of analyzing the research status of "family disputes" mediation at home and abroad,it discusses the necessity and feasibility of case work to intervene in mediating family disputes.The author learned from the mediators of the T community in Changchun City that the disputes between husband and wife and the contradictions between parents and children are commonly found in ordinary families.and the X family has these two kinds of disputes at the same timeso the author chooses the family as a service object.Through literature and interviews,we collected data and analyzed in depth the characteristics of the family disputes,and the problems and needs of family members.In the family,we use structural family therapy to carry out service,combine the professional model of social work with the reality,and use the case work method to solve the family's contradictions and conflicts smoothly.First of all,the author has established a good working relationship with the case of Ms.Li and interviewed her to obtain family information to estimate the problems in the family and the different needs of family members.Secondly,formulate service goals and plans according to the existing problems and needs.Thirdly,implement the service plan.Finally,we conclude the case and reflect on the case,summarize the insufficiency of the case work in the process of mediating family disputes,and put forward sound suggestions,hoping to provide a practical reference for our country's community family dispute mediation work.
