The basic mission of corporate social work is to help employees and their families cope with the risks of work and life,improve the quality of their career,enhance their work welfare and occupational well-being,and maintain the fairness and justice of labor relations.However,the development of social work in local enterprises is faced with many practical difficulties.The professional intervention in employee and employee relations is not mature,and there is no localization theory and method.Since the formation of the employee economy,the problems of employees and the system problems with employees as the core have become more prominent in the enterprise.The life world of employees and the work world are constantly intertwined,forming a complex and disorderly structure chart.On the one hand,the world of work and the world of life of employees are more and more closely combined,and the world of life is likely to be "swallowed" by the world of work.On the other hand,the world of life of employees is increasingly interfering with the world of work,and the troubles in the world of work are increasingly coming from life events.In the new period,the social structure of our country has undergone many essential changes,and there is an increasingly significant asymmetry between the speed of social change and people’s needs.The contradictions and problems presented in economic development have become increasingly prominent in social change.It shows the problems of labor conflict,employee emotional problems,employee psychological problems,employee family problems,etc.,which are paid more and more attention by the media and researchers.As problems like these come into public view,professional intervention becomes natural and necessary.In this context,corporate social work is particularly important.According to relevant literature and research,corporate social work,as a professional social work service field,and corporate social work method,as a professional intervention method,is involved in solving the contradictions of the majority of workers with the help of professional service theories and skills,which covers the contradiction between the needs of practitioners for a better life and the imbalance of current social development.It also includes the class contradiction caused by insufficient development.In the new era,our industrialization from quantity scale to quality efficiency,labor intensive to technology intensive transition,the transformation of enterprise society puts forward new challenges and new requirements.The connotation of labor relations,employee welfare and professional values in the working world of enterprise employees have undergone profound changes.More importantly,corporate social work should be based on theoretical research,view current employee problems from a developmental perspective,constantly explore the content and form of the working world of corporate employees,and pay attention to the development of their social welfare.Based on this,the enterprise social work practice and research collaborative structures,enterprise of domestic practice in our country the system of social work theory,knowledge and discourse system.
