The need for high-quality education in the country has increased during the past 20 years as a result of undue the nation’s economy’s continued growth.Numerous private education organizations have proliferated,and business turmoil has increased.To govern the existing state of the personal education business,several private education regulations will be heavily introduced in 2021,and several sets of policies will be combined.In the future,private education will not be able to do as much as it does now,and competition between private schools will get more challenging as the market shrinks.The largest private education company in the western region is A Education Company.Since its founding,it has grown for 20 years,and in 2018,it was listed in Hong Kong.Preschool,elementary,junior high,and high school education are covered by the current industry,which has significant popularity and benefits in the western market.However,due to the competitiveness of the private education market and the ongoing revision of the state’s legislation regarding the private education market,rivals have been steadily reducing A education company’s market share.This has had a significant impact on the growth of A education company.The business must change in time if it is to continue being A education company’s lifeline.This thesis uses private education company A as a case study and conducts in-depth research on its strategic transformation and upgrading.It then provides Company A with a reference for developing transformation plans and other businesses in the sector.First,look at the company’s current development status and strategy to see if there are any problems.Then,use the Porter’s Five Forces Competition Model,Value Chain Model,and other tools to look at Company A’s internal and external environments.Finally,please do a thorough SWOT analysis of its strategic transformation and upgrading,and combine these analyses.According to the research and analysis stated in this thesis,Company A,a leading company in the private education sector,has several issues with its current development strategy,including an incorrect assessment of changes in the strategic environment,a weakening of the original core competitiveness,a lack of prominence for running schools’ qualities and characteristics,and a lack of focus on these issues.Company A should modify the rate of expansion of the original integrated strategy and adopt a diversified strategy approach in response to the slowdown in the private school sector and the new cholera epidemic.On the one hand,it should focuse on creating high-quality curriculum materials and employ online platform development to raise the standard of instruction in already-existing institutions.On the other hand,it should adjust the initial model of rapid expansion and school construction,advertise the brand,strengthen cost management,and further exert synergistic effects to promote the sustainable development of various businesses.Science,technology,and Chinese literature courses are used as the starting point to achieve the school-running characteristic.
