Research On The Factors Affecting The Development Of Ice And Snow Characteristic Town Based On Interpretative Structure Modeling Method

With the booming development of China’s sports industry,since the success of Beijing’s bid to host the Winter Olympics in 2015,the development of China’s ice and snow industry has entered the fast lane.2019 China put forward the "Outline of the Construction of a Strong Sports Country" and requested the implementation of a strong sports country as a strategic task to every place,the ice and snow town as a key part of the ice and snow industry,its development is affected by many factors,for the analysis of the influencing factors,how to The benign development of ice and snow industry has become the focus of many scholars’ research.Through the compilation of existing relevant literature,it is concluded that at this stage,the development of ice and snow characteristic towns has many problems such as unreasonable use of resources,lack of professional talents,imperfect equipment and facilities,and insufficient investment,and most of the existing studies have discussed the development path and evaluation index system of ice and snow characteristic towns,and have not studied the interrelationship between factors affecting the development of ice and snow characteristic towns.In this study,the main factors affecting the development of ice and snow characteristic towns were explored through the literature method and Delphi method,and the factors were sorted out and classified,and then the influencing factors were further processed by mathematical statistics,and the Interpretative structure modeling method of the influencing factors of ice and snow characteristic towns was constructed through qualitative and quantitative analysis,and the model was explained and applied.By studying the Interpretative structure modeling method of ice and snow characteristic towns,the influencing factors of ice and snow town development are mainly reflected in nine aspects,including resource endowment,location conditions,investment intensity,and development planning.Based on this,this study puts forward the following suggestions and countermeasures:(1)rational use of natural resources and improvement of the township development model;(2)Strengthen the top-level design and lead the construction of ice and snow towns;(3)Improve location advantages and help the development of small towns;(4)Improve town planning and help town construction and development;(5)Increase investment and form a good investment industry chain;(6)Improve supporting color facilities and provide a full range of services;(7)Strengthen the training of professional talents and form a "one-stop" service;(8)Create industrial characteristics and shape the brand image of the town;(9)Precise market positioning,segment customer market.It provides theoretical reference value for the development of ice and snow characteristic towns.
