Research On The Development Status Of Jilin Vanke Songhua Lake Ice And Snow Town

Since the "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Sports Industry to Promote Sports Consumption" was promulgated,the development of the sports industry has reached an unprecedented occasion.The construction of characteristic towns are associated with sports,and more sports towns with different characteristics produce gradually.Vanke Songhua Lake Ice and Snow Town is a special town of ice and snow sports.It is mature in the snow season.This thesis selects Vanke Songhua Lake Ice and Snow Town as the research object,and analyzes its overall industrial layout,opportunities and environment.Writer tries to put forward reasonable solutions to its problems.This thesis adopts the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and case study,and concludes that the ice town of Songhua Lake in Vanke has various supporting facilities in the snow season.It includes Songhua Lake Ski Resort,professional ski school,entertainment snow park,four unique hotels,and more than a dozen unique restaurants.But the operation of the four seasons is not mature.By analyzing the current policy dividend,economic development,changes in the number of skiers,and the intensity of competition,there are the phenomenons in the town currently: a lack of single,comprehensive talents and cultural support.There are corresponding solutions for above questions: 1.Industrial characteristics and non-snow season projects should be highlighted,This includes reuse of snow season facilities,rational utilization of natural resources,and development of real estate and health projects;2.Development should combine from multiple dimensions.Ice and snow talent should be recommended and cultivated.This includes The excellent talents recommending,the cooperation with professional colleges and universities and ski instructors' diversified cultivation.3.Local characteristics should be fused,and small-town brand should be created,this includes local characteristics fusion and brand development.At the same time,I hope that this article can play a certain reference role for the construction of other ice towns.
