With the proposal of the "Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)",the learning of specialized sports skills has received more attention.With the trend of teaching evaluation reform and development,classroom teaching evaluation has become a key part of teaching,playing an important role in achieving teaching objectives,improving teachers’ teaching level,and developing students’ learning abilities.However,there are currently few evaluation tools available for junior high school students’ specialized skills learning,and the evaluation perspective and level are relatively weak.Designing a new evaluation tool for this is also of great significance,as it has a positive effect on enriching teaching evaluation methods and promoting students’ comprehensive development.Therefore,the design of a performance evaluation tool for specialized sports skills learning for junior high school students was taken as the research object,mainly using research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical induction,and expert survey.Through collecting relevant policy documents,questionnaires were distributed and analyzed to some junior high school students and physical education teachers in four schools in Tianjin,To conduct feasibility and necessity research on the design of evaluation tools,in order to design corresponding specialized motor skill evaluation tools,enrich the current evaluation methods and means for specialized motor skill learning,promote the reform of teaching evaluation,promote students’ comprehensive development,and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the research of specialized motor skill learning for middle school students.The design of the performance evaluation tool for junior high school students’ specialized motor skills learning is based on the "Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)","National Student Physical Health Standards(2014 Revision)",and "Teaching Materials for Physical Education and Health Teachers" to design the evaluation content,indicators,and standards.The evaluation tool is designed for sports knowledge,motor skills The four primary indicators of sports ability and attitude,as well as the four secondary indicators of basic knowledge of sports projects,mastery of sports skills,ability to apply skills,and willingness to participate,make the evaluation more accurate.Based on humanistic educational concepts,constructivist educational ideas,motivation theory,and Taylor’s principle.The design principles are based on the principles of pertinence,operability,systematicity,objectivity,feedback,and diversity.Finally,an evaluation scale was designed for the teaching of level four basketball projects.Take physical education teachers as the evaluation subject,and add and summarize the scores of each item by the teachers to obtain the final score.In addition,the designed evaluation tool will be subjected to expert validity testing,and corresponding modifications will be made based on expert opinions to obtain the final evaluation tool.The design of a performance evaluation tool for specialized motor skills of junior high school students aims to improve the efficiency of students’ learning,facilitate teachers and students to plan for future learning,and in a sense,promote students’ comprehensive development.
