Research On Risk Management Of Sports In Tianjin Mechanical And Electrical Vocational Technical Colleg

In the long-term development,school education has always played a core role in the development of human society.As a part of school education,school physical education,with the fundamental task of enhancing students’ physical fitness,plays a crucial role in school education.Among them,the risk of school physical education is a topic of extreme concern to the country and society,and vocational colleges,as an indispensable part of China’s education,are of great significance for the strong development of China,It is an important base for China to vigorously develop and focus on cultivating applied talents.Therefore,strengthening the risk management of physical education in vocational colleges is an imperative measure,and it is also an important issue that students,families,schools,and society are extremely concerned about and urgently need to solve.Through literature review,questionnaire,Delphi method method,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this study conducted a survey on the current situation of sports risks in Tianjin Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College and analyzed the relevant factors according to the risk management theory,including 500 students of Tianjin Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College in 2020,2021 and 2022,20 teachers,10 site managers,and 5 leaders and managers.And evaluate and analyze its risk factors,and based on the evaluation results,carry out relative response pathways and supervision cycles to improve the system of sports risk in Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College,in order to reduce the impact on students,families,schools,and society,and provide scientific basis and reasonable suggestions for the education regulatory department and various levels of schools to formulate relevant prevention strategies.Draw the following conclusion:The main sources of sports risks in Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College are distributed in five aspects: student risk factors,teacher risk factors,material risk factors,environmental risk factors,and management risk factors.Among them,student risk factors include student physiological function factors,student psychological function factors,student self-awareness ability factors,and student self-behavior management factors;Teacher factors include factors such as teacher cognitive ability,teacher experience,teacher professional skills,teacher behavior organization,and teacher professional ethics;The factors of objects include site factors and equipment factors;Environmental factors include natural environmental factors,human sudden environmental factors,and cultural environmental factors;The management factors include designated management factors,medical management factors,safety management factors,and event and event organization management factors.5 first level indicators and 18 second level indicators were obtained,and 123 sports risk points were determined for Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College.Risk identification was completed.2.The investigation found that more than 3/20 of the students in the spot check have experienced sports accidents,with over 4/5 of sports accidents occurring in outdoor venues and less than 1/5 of sports accidents occurring in indoor venues;Less than 1/5 of sports accidents occur in physical education classes,less than 1/4 of sports accidents occur in sports competitions,and less than 1/4 of sports accidents occur in extracurricular sports activities Over 1/5 of sports accidents occur during physical training,while less than 1/25 of sports accidents occur during extracurricular sports activities organized by the school.The sports event with the highest incidence of sports accidents is basketball,followed by track and field,and the injuries to the ankle and knee joints are the highest.3.In the risk assessment of sports activities in Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College,the list sorting method and Pareto analysis method were used to analyze the risk factors and obtain the risk levels of each indicator method and the risk exclusion analysis chart at each level.4.In the risk response to sports activities at Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College,based on evaluation and analysis,the risk response is divided into risk prevention before the occurrence of sports risk events,risk management when sports risk events occur,and risk recovery after sports risk events occur for risk response.5.The main content of sports risk monitoring in Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College can include various monitoring categories,such as monitoring the execution level of higher-level institutions by various departments,tracking identified risks and the emergence of new risks,monitoring the development of potential risks,identifying signs of risk occurrence,evaluating the effectiveness of risk measures,and tracking and evaluating the degree of risk changes,providing practical effects of initiating risk emergency plans,etc,To ensure the smooth progress of various links and optimize the effectiveness and completeness of risk management,the entire process is a reciprocating cycle and gradually improving,until the minimization of motion risk and maximization of safety are achieved.
