| In the context of the accelerated implementation of the "Healthy China 2030" plan,the awareness and needs of urban and rural residents for fitness have been significantly enhanced.As the main content of China’s social education system,the physical health of special groups has been mentioned in the "Healthy China 2030" Program Outline and has been widely concerned by all sectors of society.Compared with normal students,students with intellectual disabilities in special groups have relatively poor physical function and sports quality due to congenital influence,insufficient physical exercise,insufficient self-confidence and other reasons.Therefore,it is urgent to seek a reasonable path to improve the physical function and sports quality level of students with intellectual disabilities.This study is guided by PDCA theory and method,based on the diagnosis of students’ physical health test,and conducted exercise intervention for students with intellectual disabilities according to the process of prescription formulation,prescription implementation,effect examination and prescription adjustment.The intervention took 14 students with intellectual disabilities as the experiment object,in order to verify the promotion effect of the exercise prescription formulated by this institute on the promotion of the physical function and exercise quality level of students with intellectual disabilities.Research result:(1)Through 8 weeks of exercise prescription training before and four intervention after the physical function of the experimental group performance has statistical significance,shows that in exercise prescription and PDCA cycle intervention,the experimental group of mental retardation students increased physical function,the control group of mental retardation students’ physical function did not appear significantly.(2)Before and after the fourth intervention,the test results of the students with intellectual disabilities in flexibility(sitting forward flexion),strength(sit-ups,standing long jump),and speed quality(400m,50m)were significantly different(P <0.05),while there was no significant difference in the control group(p>0.05).(3)In the exercise training method,the exercise prescription has obvious pertinence and richness in the aspect of sports ability exercise,and teachers can adjust the exercise prescription according to the actual situation.Conclusions: Exercise prescription based on PDCA can effectively improve the physical health test scores,physical function and sports quality of students with intellectual disabilities,and can effectively improve the physical health level of students with intellectual disabilities,improve their behavior ability,and promote the establishment of new behavior modes. |
