Communicating with people is a social skill that people live in social life.Junior middle school students in the early and middle stages of puberty,are eager to communicate with others,and they are eager to show their personality and strengths in their communication with others.Desire to be encouraged and affirmed by others in the process of interacting with others;Desire to help others and realize self-worth in their interactions with others......However,it is observed that not every junior middle school student’s interpersonal communication is very ideal.As a junior middle school student,most of the time they live in the campus collective.If their interpersonal communication ability is not strong,or there are confusions and obstacles in interpersonal communication,this will bring great troubles to their normal campus life and study.First of all,it is difficult for them to study and live happily in this collective,and they are at a loss in the face of interpersonal conflicts.In serious cases,it will also cause anxiety and anxiety,and even cause insomnia,memory decline and other phenomena,which to a great extent.Therefore,I want to train and intervene junior middle school students’ self-confidence to improve their self-confidence level.Enhance junior middle school students’ self-confidence level to promote junior middle school students’ interpersonal skills;With the improvement of interpersonal skills,junior middle school students can form good interpersonal relationships and improve their mental health.In this study,the first grade students in Yunqu Middle School,Nanlang Town,Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province were selected as the research objects,and the seventh grade students were surveyed for their self-confidence and interpersonal relationship.According to the analysis of the census data,the subjects whose self-confidence score is lower than M-1SD are regarded as the low group,and 48 subjects are randomly selected from the low group.Among these 48 people,24 were randomly selected as experimental group and 24 as control group.The tools used are: Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale developed by American psychologist M.Rosenberg and Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale of Interpersonal Relationship developed by Zheng Richang.This study adopts the experimental design of pre-and post-test in experimental group and control group.The students in the experimental group were trained in self-confidence group counseling twice a week,and 8 group counseling sessions were conducted in total,each session was 40 minutes,which was completed within one month.The control group had a normal study life without any intervention,and the class management and the class teacher did not interfere,especially during this period,they did not hold the theme team meeting about self-confidence training and interpersonal communication.Through the measurement before and after the intervention,it is proved whether the intervention can improve the interpersonal communication of junior middle school students and improve the mental health level.The research results are as follows:1.The overall situation of junior middle school students’ self-confidence is good,and their self-confidence level is self-confidence.And there is no significant difference in gender differences,but there are significant differences in whether the only child or not and whether the parents are divorced.2.The overall situation of junior middle school students’ interpersonal skills is good,and they are less troubled in getting along with friends.And there is no significant difference in gender difference,there is significant difference in whether the only child or not and whether the parents are divorced.3..Junior middle school students’ interpersonal skills are closely related to their self-confidence.Junior middle school students with low self-confidence level have low interpersonal communication ability,which must be troubled in interpersonal communication.They are not confident enough to actively create conditions to communicate with others,and lack the ability of expression.Children with a high level of self-confidence will also be full of self-confidence in interpersonal communication.4.Through self-confidence group psychological counseling training for junior middle school students,students’ self-confidence level can be improved to a certain extent in a short time.5.The improvement of junior middle school students’ self-confidence level has a positive impact on their interpersonal skills.By enhancing the level of self-confidence,it can improve their interpersonal skills and reduce their interpersonal confusion.According to the research results,in the process of children’s growth,help children form good interpersonal skills.Enhance the self-confidence level of junior middle school students by cultivating self-confidence;Enhance the level of self-confidence to promote their interpersonal skills.
