It is not only a positive response to the demand of student group, but also a powerful supplement for the traditional school education pattern to apply all kinds of methods and skills in the school domain so as to raise the middle-school student interpersonal competence.Under the background above, this article has carried out the fundamental research in view of middle-school student interpersonal competence promotion, has taken the F middle school social work pilot program as the foundation, has selected practice methods of the school group work and has launched practice research and discussion for the middle-school student interpersonal competence promotion. This article summarized the main latent question and the service direction of F middle school students' interpersonal communication. It also elaborated the research service ability of school group working methods for middle-school student interpersonal competence rising. Through the F middle school group work experience, it has demonstrated and analyzed the middle-school student interpersonal competence promotion application situation, affirmed the group work's positive effect in the middle-school student interpersonal competence promotion, and through the discussion for the mechanism which this effect obtained, withdrew the middle-school student's "group development factors of interpersonal".This article has launched the discussion based on the foundation of the domestic and foreign research results. To some extent, it has made up some blanks about domestic related research. It obtains the main research conclusions: First, the school group working method has favorable promotion effect to the middle-school student interpersonal communication development, it is suitable to the relative education practices. Second, in the group working practice, the nimble utilization of 7 kinds of the "group development factors of interpersonal", "information informing", "the imitative behaviors", "the interpersonal study", "the feasible confirmation", "altruism", "the mood divulge" as well as "the development social skill", may achieve the aim of interpersonal competence promotion. The acquisition of this research result is advantageous to school group work application and research development in middle-school student interpersonal competence promotion, and is of benefit to the growth and development of the further promotion of middle-school student interpersonal competence.
