| The right to privacy is an important part of the rights and interests of personality.It has become a common concept in today’s Society to protect privacy,safeguard personal dignity and liberate personality.With the promulgation and implementation of the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China,people’s rights have been realized,maintained and developed,and people pay more and more attention to the protection of their privacy.In particular,in recent years,frequent cases of leakage of students’ private information have set off alarm bells for parents,schools and society.In the field of education,as a juvenile and mature,half-child and half-adult Special Education Group,junior middle school students are gradually awakening and striving for their right to privacy,so that educators have to pay attention to their educational needs.The study of junior middle school teachers’ consciousness of Students’ privacy protection is helpful to expand the research scope of privacy,establish the status of junior middle school students’ independent subject demand,and provide new protection strategies for the protection of junior middle school students’ privacy.This research mainly uses the literature analysis,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,this paper investigates the current situation of the teachers ’awareness of the students’ right to privacy from three dimensions:teachers’ cognition,attitude and behavior towards the students’ right to privacy.Through investigation,the author found that in the process of teaching practice,teachers have the following characteristics of the protection of Students’ privacy: a teacher’s awareness of students’ right to privacy is obvious,second,teachers can respect students’ privacy space and approve their own privacy protection work,but they are indifferent to others’ divulging students’ privacy Thirdly,teachers’ practice of protecting students ’privacy is low,and they cannot protect students’ privacy well.The reasons that lead to the teachers’ low awareness of the protection of students’ right to privacy are complicated.Reasons for teachers: first,the role orientation is not clear,second,the awareness of privacy protection is backward,and third,the professional ethics quality is not high;and the reasons belong to schools: First,the training of teachers is insufficient;second,the propaganda and education are not in place,third,there are loopholes in the management system.The social reasons are: the restriction of traditional ideas and the lack of a clear definition of students’ right to privacy.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the strategies of cultivating teachers’ consciousness of protecting students’ privacy from three aspects: first,teachers should change their teaching ideas,carry out the student-oriented education idea,and improve their individual legal consciousness and professional ethics;Secondly,the school should perfect the construction of the campus team,improve the construction of the school allocation and carry out the publicity and education on the protection of Students’ privacy through multiple channels and multiple channels;finally,the state should perfect the laws and regulations on the protection of the right to privacy of junior middle school students,schools should establish supervision and relief mechanism,so as to run schools and schools according to law. |
