| Cultivating high-quality,complex talents is the need of today’s development,and it is also the common goal of China’s education development at all stages.The concept of interdisciplinary teaching aims to break the boundaries of disciplines and cultivate students’ comprehensive ability,which is in line with our educational philosophy.The integration of disciplines is not only the future development trend of subject teaching,but also an important way to produce innovative results.As a comprehensive,cross-cutting and regional subject with a strong integration of literature and science,geography needs to integrate other subjects in its teaching process to improve the effect of geography teaching.Based on this,this study takes the Compulsory Geography Book 1 of the Humanities Edition as an example to study the integration of physics subjects to assist the teaching of high school geography.This study mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case study method and classroom observation method,based on multiple intelligence,constructivism,learning transfer and system science theory,to investigate the current situation of teaching integration between geography and physics subjects in high school,and take the compulsory book 1 textbook as an example to sort out and analyze the integration points of geography and physics subject contents,combine the survey results and content sorting to propose targeted Finally,two integration teaching cases were designed and practiced.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1)The questionnaire results reflect that both teachers and students have a positive attitude toward the integration of geography and physics,and that the integration of the subjects is practical and feasible.However,there are still some obstacles to the implementation of actual integrated teaching,resulting in the low frequency of integrated teaching implementation.(2)We sorted out the integration points of geography compulsory book 1 with physics subjects in terms of teaching knowledge,ideas and methods,experimental teaching and senior examination questions,and found that the two subjects have more integrated contents and close connections.(3)We proposed the implementation strategies of integration teaching from the perspectives of teachers,students and schools,and designed two cases of integration teaching between geography and physics subjects,namely,"Atmospheric heating process" and "Common types of landforms",and carried out practical teaching,which showed that the integration teaching helped improve students’ learning enthusiasm and learning effect. |
