| Since the promulgation of No.46,domestic road running events have developed rapidly,among which city-based marathons have developed particularly rapidly,with national marathon events expanding from more than 50 in 2014 to more than 1,900 in 2019,and a large number of marathon operation companies have come into being.This thesis takes the marathon project department of Z Sports Company,which was established in 2015,as the research object.As an early marathon operation project department,it has rich experience and strength in marathon operation,but due to the expiration of operation rights and the loss of external event operation project resources,the internal operation efficiency is reduced,which makes the development of the marathon project department of Z sports company face a great dilemma.This thesis concludes through fieldwork and questionnaire analysis that the current performance evaluation of the marathon project department of company Z has the problems of inadequate implementation of performance evaluation objectives and strategies,unscientific setting of performance evaluation indicators,and lack of communication and feedback in performance evaluation.On this basis,this thesis introduces the balanced scorecard theory into the design of the performance evaluation system of the marathon project department of company Z.It also combines the influencing factors related to the operation of marathon events to build a new performance evaluation system for the marathon project department of company Z.Starting from the business objectives of Z Sports Company,a strategic map was drawn for the marathon project department of Z Company.The strategic objectives at the company level were decomposed into the marathon division,and the performance indicators related to the marathon operation were selected according to the four levels of the balanced scorecard: financial,customer,internal process,and learning and growth,and finally the 21 secondary indicators were assigned values through the hierarchical analysis method to build a new performance evaluation system for the marathon division of Z Sports.performance evaluation system for the marathon program department of Z sports company.The conclusions of this thesis suggest improvements to the current performance evaluation system of the marathon project department of company Z based on the assigned index weights,and determine the data sources of evaluation indexes,performance evaluation process and expected effect analysis with the newly constructed index system as the evaluation content;and also propose corresponding guarantee measures for the newly constructed performance evaluation system based on the actual situation of the marathon project department of company Z,which are Performance evaluation environment guarantee,performance evaluation system guarantee,performance evaluation personnel guarantee and performance evaluation technology guarantee. |
