Research On Returning Farmers’ Participation In The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers

In the context of rural revitalization,the cultivation of new professional farmers has become an important project to promote rural development.Returning farmers have become the object of the cultivation of new professional farmers because of their certain capital accumulation,modern life concept and ecological concept.Therefore,it is of certain practical significance to study the participation of returning farmers in the cultivation of new professional farmers.Consulting the literature on the cultivation of new professional farmers at home and abroad,combing the research background,the cultivation status at home and abroad,and clarifying the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,so as to lay the foundation for the cultivation;Based on the theory of actor network,this paper establishes the main network map of the cultivation of new professional farmers and the influencing factor index system affecting the return farmers to participate in the cultivation of new professional farmers.Using the 328 questionnaire data obtained from the survey,this paper empirically analyzes the influence degree of each influencing factor by using binary logistic regression model.The empirical study found that except for the variables of "family engaged in agriculture" and "cultivation time",the other variables have a positive impact on returning farmers to participate in the cultivation of new professional farmers.Among all variables,"cultivation time" and "cultivation can improve income cognition" have the greatest impact,indicating that returning farmers are willing to participate in the cultivation of new professional farmers when they are aware of the importance of cultivation and the actual situation allows.It is suggested that the government should strengthen policy guarantee,provide relevant funds and service support,broaden publicity channels and call on returning farmers to participate in the cultivation of new professional farmers;Other cultivation subjects need to understand the actual needs,implement accurate cultivation in combination with the actual situation of agricultural production,enrich the cultivation content and innovate the cultivation methods.Returning farmers should improve their cognitive level and actively participate in the cultivation.
