In 1981,our country successfully held the marathon for the first time.The appearance of new things in the society gradually caused the trend of running all the people.Under the background of national fitness in the new era,the encouragement of national policies and the need of runners to keep fit make more and more amateur runners join the rapidly developing marathon.As a result,the number and duration of national marathon races also increase year by year,and the level of competitors improves year by year.In recent years,a large number of elite athletes have been formed.On the other hand,research on training theories,training methods and sports injuries for marathon and other long-distance running events has gradually developed.Research results in cold and heat stimulation,hypoxic training and scientific replenishment programs have been mature and put into practice,and achieved good results.However,there has not been much progress in the research on ways to improve performance in a single acute exercise session.Based on the investigation and summary of the training habits and specific tendencies of Chinese elite runners,the author found that there are a large number of elite runners have a tendency to train at night.At the same time,in many road running events,the author has always observed that many athletes wear sunglasses to reduce the stimulation of environmental light on the eyes.According to this phenomenon,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Through the case analysis and longitudinal experiment of elite runners,this paper discusses the relationship between the control of light flux into eyes and the body’s movement performance and fatigue perception.Whether reducing light flux can reduce fatigue and improve athletic performance and training completion on somatosensory level was studied.At the same time,whether the choice tendency of the group with different training time of day and night is related to the sports performance under the standard competition environment was studied.The research shows that in the three main training contents of the elite runners’ curriculum,namely LSD(Long slow distance)training,rhythm running training and interval training,the intervention measures of controlling the light stimulation through wearing sunglasses can reduce the fatigue of the trainers in the above three types of single exercise to varying degrees,so as to obtain better athletic performance.However,the effects of the intervention measures to control the exposure to light on the three training contents are different.Among them,the effect of the intervention measures for rhythm running is the best,followed by interval training and LSD training,which have significant differences.In the experiment of training time slot selection tendency,athletes who are used to night training have slightly weaker sports performance in daytime competition than those who are at the same level of day training.There is also a significant difference among the three,but this difference may be closely related to environmental climate.
