The Influence Of Industrial Intelligence On Labor Productivity Of Industrial Sector

The transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry is actively joining the trend of Information Technology development.Intelligentization is developing rapidly around the world and becoming a new trend in the development of manufacturing industry.This will not only affect industrial development and division of labor,but also produce new modes of production,industrial forms and business models.The mode of economic growth relying solely on labor and capital input cannot improve production efficiency,nor can it improve the efficiency of economic growth,still less can it provide a stable driving force for China’s economic growth.In view of the global promotion of intelligent development,the "Made in China 2025" issued by the State Council of the PRC also clearly recommended speed up of development in intelligent equipment and products,and build intelligent manufacturing eco system.Intelligent manufacturing and information are the themes for future industrial development.In this context,it is of forward-looking and realistic significance to explore the change trend of labor productivity of industrial sectors in the fusion and application of industrial intelligence.This paper focuses on the promotion effect of industrial intelligence on labor productivity growth.First,take the study of intervening mechanism which industrial intelligence impact labor productivity of industrial sectors,and through the econometric model to build an empirical study on the impact of industrial intelligence level on the labor productivity of provincial industrial sectors,and then from the perspective of policy support,education support,regional development put forward relevant policy recomm endati ons.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)It studies whether the influence of industrial intelligentization on labor productivity actually exists,and holds that on the whole industrial intelligentizati on does have an impact on labor productivity in industrial sectors.(2)It analyzes the route that industrial intelligentization influences labor productivity.The development of industrial intelligentization changes the input structure of production factors in industry,and influences labor productivity through capital deepening and advanced labor structure.(3)The industrial intelligentization measurement index system was constructed to reflect the industrial intelligentization level of all provinces in China from 2015 to 2019.Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2015 to 2019,this paper examines the impact of industrial intelligentization on labor productivity through empirical research.In further research,the hypothesis of intermediary effect in this paper is verified by measuring the impact of industrial intelligentization on labor productivity through capital deepening and advanced labor force.Based on the above research,this paper draws the following important conclusions:Industrial Intelligentization significantly promotes the growth of labor productivity in China.In addition,industrial Intelligentization promotes the growth of labor productivity through the intermediary mechanism of capital deepening and advanced labor structure.From the channels of capital deepening industry significantly increases the overall regional intelligence capital investment,capital deepening promoted the growth of Labour productivity,from the channel structure,intelligent industry significantly promoted the high-level structure of the labor force,and then promote the growth of Labour productivity,from the point of the empirical analysis result,short-term capital deepening channels have bigger influence on the labor productivity,The long-term promoting factors,namely,the improvement of people’s endowment,(1)innovate the development mode of intelligent industry according to local conditions;Comprehensively narrow the development gap between the east and the west;(2)Provide a positive policy environment to guide the rapid development of industrial intelligence;(3)Fully mobilize all kinds of educational resources to provide talent support for industrial intelligent transformation and upgrading.
