In the report of the 20th Party Congress,it is pointed out that we must adhere to science and technology as the first productive force,talent as the first resource and innovation as the first driving force,and thoroughly implement the strategy of developing the country through science and education,the strategy of strengthening the country through talent and the strategy of innovation-driven development.The country has put the work of talents to a strategic level,which fully reflects the importance the country attaches to education and talents,and can also see the complexity and enormity of talent training.Rural high school students,as a category of students in China,lack certain resources because of the special characteristics of rural areas,and at the same time,in order to prepare for the most important goal of high school,the college entrance examination,rural high school students suffer from a lot of academic burnout.If the problem of academic burnout among rural high school students is not effectively addressed in the long term,it will be detrimental to their own mental health.This study finds that the level of academic burnout among rural high school students presents certain characteristics and problems through research,so as to put forward its own thinking,make a systematic introduction on the relevant theories and influencing factors involved in the resilience and self-efficacy of rural high school students,and form a preliminary theoretical framework and research hypothesis,based on which an in-depth understanding of the current situation is conducted through an online questionnaire survey,while using the analytical tool SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data collected,including regression analysis,mediating effect analysis,and moderating effect analysis,to discover commonalities and characteristics and to identify relevant influencing factors.Then,through participant observation in the field and structured interviews,we explored in depth the learning situation of high school students in X middle school in N city to understand the real situation of academic burnout level and family atmosphere of some of these rural high school students.On the basis of the survey,the research team will use the resilience theory and self-efficacy theory as the general guiding concepts and the "need-problem" dual practice logic to design relevant activities through group social work and carry out professional group interventions to propose concrete and feasible countermeasures to improve the level of academic burnout of rural high school students.The study will propose concrete and feasible countermeasures to improve the academic burnout level of rural high school students.
