The Relationship Between Female Nurse Work-Family Interface And Marriage Burnout

From reform and open,company with the process of society,more and more women are puzzled by the work and family. Female nurses is one of the very largest groups. Work-family facilitation and Work-family conflict are important sides of the work-family interface,which respectively focus on the positive and negative side of work-family interface. Focus on the family will reference to marriage burnout. Female nurses may encounter marriage burnont due to the burnout of body,emotion and psychology. There are many researches in West County meanwhile the codition is different in China. This study is to explore the role of Work-family facilitation in the relatition between Work-family conflict and marriage burnout in China. Result shows that Work-family facilitation is helpful to female nurses in overcoming work-family conflict and marriage burnout,improving the quality of life and marriage,in order to adopt the career better.In this research,questionnaire survey is used to discuss related question of work,family and marriage under the context of China.The questionnaire survey with more than 600 married female nurses from ten hospitals in Henan Province.Such statistics as T-test,correlation analysis ,hierarchical regression analysis are adopted.The main conclusions are as follows.Firstly, the demographical variables effects on work-family conflict,work-family facilitation and burnout are discussed..The demographical variables include marriageableage,number of children,live with parents or not,average monthly income per,average daily working hours,workpalce nature.Secondly, work-family conflict has a positive effort on marriage burnout.Thirdly, work-family facilitation has a negative effort on marriage burnout.Fourthly, work-family facilitation is found to moderate the relationships between family-work conflict and marriage exhaust significantly.
