In the context of the national "innovation-driven development strategy" and the "double creation" strategy,entrepreneurial talents with entrepreneurial spirit and creative ability have become a scarce resource in all industries.College students are an important force for future socio-economic development and the new force for entrepreneurship.However,the indifferent attitude of college students towards entrepreneurial activities,the low execution and low success rate of college students in implementing entrepreneurship reflect that the entrepreneurial potential of college students has not been effectively stimulated.At the same time,the excessive pursuit of "results" in entrepreneurship education by all walks of life also intensifies the narrow understanding of entrepreneurial practice among college students,which makes it difficult for college students to sink their hearts into acquiring the basic knowledge and skills required for entrepreneurship and to improve their entrepreneurial literacy.Therefore,an in-depth investigation of entrepreneurial literacy among college students will profoundly affect the content of entrepreneurial literacy cultivation,promote the fulfillment of responsibilities of educational subjects such as school,family and society,and effectively improve the quality of entrepreneurial talent cultivation.This paper takes the formation mechanism and cultivation of entrepreneurial literacy among college students as the research object,analyzes the connotation and extension of entrepreneurial literacy among college students based on the existing literature and relevant theories,and summarizes the four elements of entrepreneurial literacy among college students.The paper deeply analyzes the main factors affecting the formation of college students’ entrepreneurial literacy,and constructs a theoretical model of the formation mechanism of college students’ entrepreneurial literacy according to "general causal model" and "entrepreneurial process theory",which provides theoretical basis for the empirical analysis in the following paper.At the same time,the questionnaire was designed and the data were compiled,and the statistical analysis was used to find out the direction and intensity of each influencing factor on entrepreneurial literacy,and to further reveal the formation mechanism of entrepreneurial literacy among college students according to the relationship between the influencing factors,which can bring inspiration for the effective development of entrepreneurial literacy cultivation among university students.On the basis of empirical analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn for this study.First of all,the overall level of entrepreneurial literacy among college students is average,and the hard strengths of "basic knowledge" and "basic skills" are obviously lacking.Secondly,there are differences in the level of entrepreneurial literacy among college students from different backgrounds,and the cultivation of literacy should be treated differently and "prescribed" for the right symptoms.Thirdly,"energy investment" plays a decisive role in the formation of entrepreneurial literacy among college students,and the overall improvement of investment and internal distribution of energy should be paid attention to.Fourth,"teacher guidance" is the second element affecting the formation of entrepreneurial literacy among college students.However,"school motivation" is less influential than other factors on entrepreneurial literacy.Fifth,"family support" is a solid backing for the formation of entrepreneurial literacy among college students,and a good social atmosphere can boost the generation and development of entrepreneurial literacy.Sixth,"individual characteristics" significantly affects the entrepreneurial literacy of college students,and the current entrepreneurial attitude of college students is slightly pessimistic.Combining with the actual situation of entrepreneurial literacy development of college students,this study mainly proposes the following countermeasures.First,create a strong social atmosphere with the interaction of the government,society and enterprises,and give play to the education function of the environment.Second,parents should look at entrepreneurship rationally and pay attention to the multiple development of their children.Third,implement the education concept of "teacher-led,student-dominated",integrate inside and outside the classroom,and consolidate the foundation of cultivation.Fourth,schools should strengthen the management and assessment of teachers to improve the quality of teachers’ guidance.Fifth,schools should establish a grounded incentive mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship to enhance students’ entrepreneurship.Sixth,college students should enhance their active participation behavior and form entrepreneurial consciousness.
