| With the continuous development of society,participation in Postgraduate Admission Test has gradually become a social trend.The craze for postgraduate entrance examination is not only related to the employment of college students and the reform of college enrollment,but also closely related to the formulation of educational policies,and also deeply affected many aspects of social life and production.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to study the phenomenon of “Craze for postgraduate entrance examination”.The paper studies the causes of the “Craze for postgraduate entrance examination”,its influence and how to develop it well.First of all,mainly through theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey to explore the “Postgraduate entrance examination hot”phenomenon why the problem.Through multi-disciplinary theoretical analysis,the phenomenon may be related to the examinee’s wish of meritocracy,the actor’s rationality,the level of meeting the inner needs or the idea of obtaining high academic qualifications and economic benefits.In order to further verify and enrich the results of the theoretical analysis,the study focused on the individual level of college students’ intention to take an examination of postgraduate and its influencing factors found that the current college students’ intention to take an examination of postgraduate is relatively strong;There were significant differences in families’ educational expectations of their children,their grades and their personal ranking in their intention to participate in Postgraduate Admission Test.Subjective motivation,surrounding environment and views on employment were significantly correlated with Postgraduate Admission Test intention,and subjective motivation played a significant mediating role between surrounding environment and views on employment.Secondly,through indepth interview method to explore the “Craze for postgraduate entrance examination”phenomenon of what impact.The results show that the phenomenon of “Craze for postgraduate entrance examination” can promote students to study actively and enhance their motivation.However,the phenomenon of “Craze for postgraduate entrance examination” also puts the college students in an examination-oriented atmosphere,which brings great competitive pressure to the college students and breeds negative self-abasement.Moreover,the success of postgraduate entrance examination in the “Hot” environment puts forward higher requirements for the examinee’s field environment and personal comprehensive quality.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper believes that the development of college students as the foundation and take multi-subject cooperation as the leading to guide the healthy development of the phenomenon of “Postgraduate entrance examination fever”.Specifically,college students should set up a correct view of postgraduate entrance examination and practical career planning,rational choice of postgraduate entrance examination.Each university should adhere to the overall perspective of hierarchical and classified development of higher education,and adhere to the concept of scientific talent cultivation.Enterprises should abandon the “Looking only at diplomas” behind the concept of employment,the establishment of a scientific talent introduction and training mechanism.The government should introduce favorable policies,optimize the business environment,stimulate economic vitality,so as to transmit the “Heat” of postgraduate entrance examination and urge the “Change”of economic and social transformation.Secondly,we should strengthen the guidance of propaganda,transmit the correct public opinion,and reverse the social atmosphere of the coexistence of taking examinations for postgraduate study and utilitarian examinations for postgraduate study,so as to realize the transition of our society from“Diploma society” to “Capability Society”. |
