| The "double reduction" policy emphasizes the cultivation of students’ autonomy and subjective initiative,providing development conditions for students to participate in class autonomous management.In this context,the study of class autonomy management for junior high school students is beneficial for enriching the theoretical foundation of class autonomy management and providing practical basis for teachers,parents,and students to carry out class management activities.This study takes A School in Nanchang City as an example,uses literature review,questionnaire survey,interview survey,and observation methods to comprehensively understand the current situation and existing problems of middle school students’ class autonomy management.Through analysis of influencing factors and causes,relevant suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of teachers,parents,and students to promote middle school students’ participation in class autonomy management.Research has found that the overall level of self-management in the four dimensions of knowledge,emotion,intention,and behavior among middle school students in School A is relatively high,and there are problems such as insufficient self-awareness,low ability for self-management in the class.Based on the analysis of the causes of the above problems,it can be concluded that the external reasons that affect middle school students’ participation in class autonomous management are mainly due to the neglect of students’ dominant position by class teachers and the lack of scientific and professional guidance from parents;The internal reason is that students lack confidence and enthusiasm to participate in class self-management.Therefore,based on the three main bodies of teachers,parents,and students,the following suggestions are proposed: firstly,teachers should combine decentralization with management,customize a class autonomous management model,refine the division of responsibilities,and establish a class autonomous management evaluation mechanism;Secondly,parents should implement the concept of healthy education and achieve home school cooperation;Thirdly,students should cultivate a sense of subjectivity,pay attention to connecting with reality,strengthen their own training,and participate in class management activities. |
