| The implementation of the "double reduction" policy makes all sectors of society feel the country’s firm determination to reduce the burden on students of basic education,the purpose of returning to the original intention of moral education and educating people,and the educational concept of realizing all-round development of students.Students’ burden reduction has always been a hot topic in basic education.Driven by marketization in the continuous and deep transformation of economy and society,the development of education has deviated from the original intention of education to a certain extent and in some aspects,resulting in a wide range of social educational anxiety,which has become a serious problem restricting the healthy development of basic education.Primary school is a key period to cultivate students’ learning,behavior habits and collective consciousness.The growth of primary school students relies on class management.Taking the class management of J Primary School in Yichun City as an example,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of class management after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,finds out the problems and analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward optimization strategies to help the head teacher return to the original intention of educating students and realizing the goal of all-round development of students through class management.This study is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the question,research significance,literature review at home and abroad,and research ideas and methods of the paper.In the early stage of the research,the relevant literature at home and abroad was searched to analyze and sort out the relevant research status,clear the current research Angle and research results,determine the research direction,and determine the investigation and research methods.Secondly,through interviews,questionnaires,observations,case analysis and other methods to investigate the current situation,by analyzing the problems and their causes,put forward targeted optimization strategies.As for the connotation analysis and theoretical basis of "double reduction" policy and class management,the main content includes the definition of relevant core concepts,which sets the theoretical basis for the keynote of this paper.The second part is the research investigation and analysis of the current situation of J Primary school class management under "double reduction".This part obtains the relevant investigation results through the investigation design,which provides the empirical basis for the proposal of the relevant problems in the third part of primary school class management and the cause analysis.The third part puts forward optimization strategies for the problems existing in the class management of the primary school under "double minus".This paper mainly puts forward two aspects from the school and the head teacher themselves: the school should perfect and perfect the head teacher incentive guarantee system,improve the breadth and depth of the head teacher training;Class teachers themselves should update their management ideas with The Times,cultivate students’ self-management ability,enrich class management content by using after-class delay service,expand the home-school co-education channels,integrate educational resources,and give full play to educational forces.The fourth part puts forward countermeasures for the problems existing in class management of the primary school under "double reduction".Mainly from the school,the head teacher themselves,parents three aspects: the school should improve and perfect the head teacher incentive guarantee system,improve the breadth and depth of the head teacher training;The head teacher himself should update the management idea with The Times,cultivate the students’ self-management ability,and enrich the class management content by using after-class delay service;Parents should use home-school co-education channels to express their aspirations,and actively play the role of educational forces to help students grow up.The purpose of "double reduction" is to reduce the excessive academic burden of students,implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and promote the all-round development of students,which is the key to return to the true nature of education.Class teachers can achieve the goal of education through class management and help the growth of students,so as to achieve "education that satisfies the people" and build a good education ecology smoothly. |
