Research On The Construction Of Teachers’ Team In Primary Schools In Xilinhot

Education is the foundation of a long-term plan.Teachers are important human resources in schools,which affect the quality of education in a region or a country,and then affect social development.At the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through talent were placed at an unprecedented level.Under the background of science and technology leading the world’s development,China urgently needs to cultivate innovative talents through education,develop science and technology,occupy a place in international competition,and prepare for China’s early realization of the construction of a powerful socialist country.Xilinhot is located in the middle and east of Inner Mongolia.Compared with the neighboring cities outside the league,the construction of primary school teachers is slightly inadequate and the education level is backward.Other cities in China have similar situations,but Xilinhot is more typical.The research on the construction of teachers’ team in Xilinhot’s ordinary primary schools has important practical significance for improving the current situation of human resources management among primary school teachers and optimizing the structure of education resources in Xilinhot.At the same time,I am in the front line of education,always paying attention to the current situation of the development of primary school teachers,and I am willing to make my modest contribution to the development of the teacher team with my heart.Through investigation and research,it is found that the general primary school teachers in Xilinhot have some problems,such as insufficient total number,unreasonable structure,serious loss of excellent teachers,backward education concept of teachers,single teaching method,lack of overall planning for continuing education and training,and insufficient personal dedication of teachers,which seriously restrict the development of local education,talent cultivation and scientific and technological development.Based on the above problems,this study explores the reasons from the aspects of the policies,systems,mechanisms and school realities of the construction of the general primary school teacher team in Xilinhot,analyzes and puts forward strategies that are in line with the development of the general primary school teacher team in this region,and provides examples for other similar regions,in order to change the current situation of the inadequate construction of the general primary school teacher team in Xilinhot,and tap the greatest advantage of teachers’ human resources,Improve the overall level of the construction of primary school teachers,and finally realize the leapfrog development of basic education in Xilinhot,cultivate more students,and strive for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!...
