| The Party’s Report on the 20 th National Congress pointed out: "The root of education lies in moral integrity.We will fully implement the Party’s educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people,and train socialist builders and successors who are well-developed morally,intellectually,physically,the United States and labor." Junior high school is a critical period for students to construct three views,and an important period for students to buckle the first button of life,which requires teachers’ guidance."Morality and Rule of Law" course in junior high school is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation in the stage of compulsory education,but also the main front to carry out philosophy of life education for junior high school students.The new curriculum reform clearly requires teachers to change teaching ideas and update teaching methods.Based on the development needs of "Morality and Rule of Law" classroom itself and the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development,in order to implement the core quality objectives and promote the development of activity-based subject classroom,the topic teaching comes into being.Topic teaching is a teaching method in which teachers set value-leading topics as the link,classroom activities and practical activities as the carrier,create situations based on textbook content,students actively collect and integrate information,and solve problems through communication in the form of group discussion.However,at present,problem-oriented teaching in junior high school is still in the exploratory period,and it needs to be continuously enriched and developed in both theory and practice.Therefore,based on the two textbooks of ninth grade,this paper explores the application of problem-oriented teaching in "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school with important theoretical basis and practical significance.In this paper,the topic teaching is what-application status-how to improve the idea to study.Apart from the introduction,this paper consists of four parts.The first part is related concepts and theoretical basis of the topic teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of issue-based teaching,provides theoretical basis from constructivism theory,moral cognition theory and student-based education theory,and discusses the importance of issue-based teaching in Morality and Rule of Law from the perspectives of students,teachers and schools.The second part is about the application status of issue-based teaching in the course of Ethics and Rule of Law in grade 9.Through the analysis of student questionnaire and teacher interview,the problems existing in the application of issue-based teaching are sorted out from the perspective of teachers and students.Based on the problems,the reasons for the problems in the application are analyzed from the perspective of teachers and classroom evaluation.The third part is the suggestions on optimizing the application of issue-based teaching in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the application of issue-based teaching in the course of Morality and Rule of Law,the optimization strategy of giving full play to the role of issue-based teaching in the course of Morality and rule of Law is proposed.The fourth part is the implementation of topic teaching in teaching. |
