The 21 st century as China’s rapid economic development,resulting in high level talented person’s demand is increasing,so the state has issued a series of policy about the regional colleges and universities to applied,promote the reform of college teachers’ performance appraisal system innovation,released the opinions concerning the implementation of university teachers’ evaluation,We will promote the development of rules and regulations for evaluating university teachers.Now run by the local college teachers’ performance management system has seriously lag restricts the development of private colleges,based on G institute as a case study analysis,the stability of the current management status in teachers is not high,personnel erosion,such problems as unreasonable performance evaluation indicators,has seriously influenced the stability of the G and the development of the college operation,The reform of performance management system is urgently needed.Therefore,private colleges and universities need to optimize and upgrade the performance management system of their teachers.Only by constructing a scientific and reasonable performance management system can private schools develop steadily and better.Based on the above background,this paper studies the ok R-based performance management model of private college teachers,and proposes ok R-based performance management schemes and guarantee management measures according to the performance management status of the case college studied in this paper.This paper first focuses on the performance appraisal theory and OKR objectives and key results method definition,construction conditions and application of theories,combined with the case of G college teachers relying on THE MANAGEMENT status of KPI key performance indicators,using the form of questionnaire in-depth study of the factors affecting G College performance appraisal.In addition,the survey method,data samples and the selection principle of survey objects are described.Combined with the analysis and summary of the survey results,five prominent problems are found in the performance management system of G College: One is the strategic performance management system and development exists,the second is the existing performance evaluation indexes cannot effectively promote teacher development ability,three is the key to the existing performance evaluation index weight distribution is not reasonable,four is the school management system failed to make full use of the assessment results,five is performance evaluation for teachers to form effective incentive,unable to form the good management of closed loop.In view of the above problems,based on the objective and key Results method and combined with the actual situation of G College,this paper focuses on studying the design objectives,principles and implementation methods of management model,constructing the key objectives and indicators of school,team and teachers,and taking the motivation of teachers’ work enthusiasm and development ability as the management system goal.Finally,this paper forms a performance management model for college teachers to solve the management problems of G College and the urgent needs of teachers at the present stage,and establishes safeguard measures from the four aspects of system,organization,capital and technology to assist the smooth implementation of this performance management program.Method in this paper,based on the goal and key achievements(OKR)method for non-governmental university teacher performance management system solutions,the implementation of performance management model is beneficial to promote private college teachers’ performance management system has increased,in order to promote private colleges teachers work performance and solve the private colleges management ills provides a new solution and implementation path,It has great practical significance.
