Purpose of research:This study through the riverbank area of primary and middle school students physical health test,analysis of primary and middle school students under the background of "double minus" change of physical health,and combined with the current students physical health and problems and the implementation of the after-school sports service status,explore the primary and middle school students physical health promotion strategy,help students improve physique,promote the healthy growth of students,enhance the level of primary and middle school students physical health.Research technique:In this study,8,310 primary and middle schools in Jiangan District,Wuhan city,were taken as the research subjects,and the students’ physical health status and promotion strategies were taken as the research objects.Collect relevant literature through literature data method;collect data and establish database through test method;provide corresponding theory and data support for the relevant arguments through interview method and questionnaire survey method;use SPSS22.0 software to classify the obtained data by gender and conduct independent sample t-test in different grades and years;and summarize the final conclusion by logical analysis method.Finding:(1)The physical health level of primary and middle school students in Jiangan District of Wuhan city has been significantly improved under the background of "double reduction".The physical health level of girls is significantly higher than that of boys,and the failure rate of boys is higher than that of girls.(2)From the perspective of body shape,the height and weight of primary and middle school students both decreased,and the obesity rate decreased overall,but the obesity rate of boys was higher than that of girls.In primary school,the maximum decrease in BMI was 1.3 and 1.9,respectively;the maximum BMI decrease in male and middle school students was 1.6,and the maximum decrease in girls was 0.6,and there was no statistical difference.(3)From the perspective of physical function,under the background of "double reduction",the vital capacity of primary and middle school students has been improved,and the failure rate has decreased significantly.The maximum increases of boys and girls in primary schools were 570.5ml and 600 ml,which showed significant differences,and the maximum increase of boys and girls was1235.6ml and 711 ml,respectively.(4)From the perspective of physical quality: the failure rate of(1)50m decreased significantly,and the speed quality was improved.The maximum increase in primary school was 4.1 seconds and 4.2 seconds,respectively,and the maximum increase for boys and girls was 0.9 seconds and 0.1 seconds,respectively.(2)The failure rate of the sitting body anterior flexion decreased.In primary schools,the maximum increase was 8.8cm and 6cm respectively,and the maximum increase for boys and girls was 8.1cm and 9.3cm respectively,which showed significant differences.(3)Primary school students ’sit-up scores have improved,while middle school girls’ sit-ups have not changed much.In primary schools,the maximum increase of male and female students was 15.7 and 6respectively,both with significant differences;the maximum increase of female students was 3.2,with significant difference.(4)Male students’ pull-up grades have improved,but still nearly 70% of the students have failed.The maximum improvement of pull-up performance was 3.2,with a significant difference.(5)The failure rate of one-minute skipping has decreased.The maximum increase of male and female students was 68.4 and 72.6,respectively,which were significant.(6)Most of the middle school students’ standing long jump performance decreased significantly.The maximum decrease in male and female students was 10.9cm and13.7cm,respectively,which were significantly different.(7)The failure rate of 50 m 8 in primary school students has decreased.The maximum increase for boys and girls was 0.9min and 0.8min,respectively,which showed significant differences.(8)The failure rate of middle school students’ middle and long running performance decreased,and the maximum increase of boys and girls was0.5min,which showed significant differences.Research conclusion:(1)Under the background of "double reduction",the physical health level of primary and middle school students in Wuhan Jiangan District has been improved,but the physical health development of primary and middle school students is unbalanced,the physical form development is not ideal,the growth and development level has declined,and the problem of insufficient core strength and upper limb strength of middle school students is obvious,which should be paid attention to.(2)Most primary school students are satisfied with the school after-school sports services,and their parents have a high degree of support,but students are less selective to participate in after-school sports services.Under the background of "double reduction",the physical health of primary and middle school students in Jiangan District of Wuhan city is mainly affected by the lack of teachers,lack of site equipment,imperfect evaluation and supervision,insufficient publicity work and lack of scientific project development,and there is still much room for improvement of after-school sports services.(3)The physical health promotion strategies of primary and middle school students mainly include: effectively integrating resources to alleviate the shortage of school teachers and equipment,improving the evaluation mechanism,promoting the coordinated development of students’ physique,increasing the awareness of enriching physical education curriculum and playing the main role of students;improving physical literacy and stimulating the participation vitality of primary and middle school students.
